I have to agree with some of the other reviews, if I could give a 0 I would. I have two packages that I need delivered. First attempt was made and a note was left saying so. There is an option on the back of the note that I can sign to authorize a drop off without a signature required. I also had set up an account for UPS My Choice when I saw it was not delivered prior to going home, in order to change the delivery online. After setting up the My Choice account I continued to get an error message that I was unauthorized to select a delivery change. After I got home I signed the note and left it for the driver. The following day I went online and signed in again and this time I was allowed to update the shipping, so for this package as well as a package that was scheduled for the same day I authorized that they leave the package at the door (no signature). I continue to monitor and yet again, my packages are not left. The customer service center was terrible, I was spoken over, my questions were not accurately answered and the representative essentially hung up on me at the end of the call without asking if I was all set. If I trust in UPS and attempt for successful delivery tomorrow without a signature and it does not go through, my packages will be sent back to the sender and I will then be on the hook for shipping it back out. In order to pick up my package, I have no choice over where the package is left so the only location is a 35 min walk from where I work in the city. I have no car and public transportation does not go out that way. After the walk I will need to walk home with packages in hand another 50 min. I would have thought since it was a UPS error that they would go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the service.

They deserve zero stars.. but since that wasnt an option I was forced to give them one. I am absolutely disgusted by this place. My package was due to arrive on the 11th, it never did. Due to the severe weather Boston has gotten lately I understood it might be delayed a day or two. Its now the 20th.. and I still do not have my package, its makeup and if its damaged.. were going to have even more of a problem. On the 16th I signed up for tracking updates via text and every day since then it was suppose to have arrived. It was suppose to have arrived yesterday the 19th by the end of the day. Today on the 20th a postcard arrived instead of my package saying the delivery address was incorrect... nope it was right.. but I had to laugh because they could send a postcard to the CORRECT address.. but couldnt send the package. I called and spoke to someone who was less than helpful and just flat out RUDE. The information she gave did not match up the the updates I received via text. My package is now scheduled to arrive Monday the 23rd, well see if it does. I was told due to the weather it might be delayed yet again. Completely unacceptable.

Zero star if I could. I know routes are bought and owned by independent people, but if this company isnt going to hold any standards, they deserve less than a default star. Expected 3 packages from the same sender to arrive on Thursday, the 5th ground business day - received 2 of them, and the 3rd one was conveniently rescheduled for Friday with no notification or explanation. Clearly this is a own up to your mistakes situation, but I get placed on hold for 20 minutes twice, sent to an outsourced employee reading a script, and do not even get a supervisor on the line after they both told me they would - Im supposed to just believe a message was relayed. Now my package is incomplete for a deadline and I have to return everything and take a loss.

Ups is the worst.... Waited 7 and 1/2hrs for a pick up only to have all my packages addressed back to me (the sender) And delivered to me the next day... The pick up was a 7hr window(12p-7p) and they were 1/2hr late with that huge window of time... The sender info was clearly addresssed top left hand corner(like all mail and packages in the USA) with the shipping to address clearly written in the center top of the package.. My neighbors 5yo daughter was able to tell me where the box was going... I have serious concerns about ups shipping personnels mental capacity.... How can they have stayed in business so long with this level of service is beyond understanding... I wish I could give them minus stars

If i could give this place no stars then i would. since last thursday ive been waiting on my package .. recently its been snowing and i understand the delay but today it wasnt and i waited for my package and no one came to deliver it. . when i went to check my tracker , it says because of the weather theyll have to delay it again .. Since last week ive been dealing with this. the item was shipped 1272015 it is now 252015 and still NO package. i called them and they kept giving me the run around and giving me numbers to call.. look i just want my package whats so hard about that ! in conclusion,HORRIIBBLEEE PLACE! and im going to BBB.

After a 3 day odyssey of broken promises, I still dont have my package. Thats after -rearranging delivery twice (it still didnt come) -driving 30 minutes each way to pick up the package after being promised on the phone that it would be held there (it wasnt there) -spending 2.5 hours over the last few days on hold/speaking to representatives, both at UPS main HQ and this Customer Center What a waste of time. I cant figure out whether the employees at this center are malicious or incompetent, or if their internal communications system just sucks. Its a shame, but Ill be avoiding UPS in the future.

My package arrived at the facility after the request for hold for pickup at 5 am in the morning. So I show up that day at 7 pm in the evening. And they have me waiting for one hour telling me they are looking for it. Then at 8:10 after they closed a supervisor came and told me they cant find it and theyre going to look for it then give me a call. Its bad enough they leave packages in front of our doors during our work hours for us to come and find it stolen. Now they lose it even in their facility?! Why the hell are they still in business?!

The UPS drivers out of the South Boston, Massachusetts, warehouse are unprofessional. I was recently told to "f*&% off" by a driver. I have received no satisfaction by complaining to either their local office or the UPS corporate offices. They refuse to apologize for their treatment of me, dont call me back, and generally make light of it. They deserve 0 stars for their customer service.

I wish I could give them less than a 1. Not even a half star. The tracking number stated that they delivered my package to my rear door. I dont even have a rear door. Then when I spoke to a customer service rep, I got the run around. This is the WORST customer service, I have ever dealt with in my life. Still havent heard from anyone and still havent received my package.
