This post office looses my packages over and over again and lies about the delivery. I was home on a Saturday and waiting for two packages to be delivered that my tracking information said was out for delivery. I checked a short time later and it had been updated to delivered at door. I checked and still had no packages?? Odd. I called the post office and Dave said they were in fact delivered and "scanned at the door". I walked up the street and seen my mail man in front of a store and asked him if he had any packages for my address, he said no. Quick check and he found both were still on his truck and handed them to me, but they were "scanned at my door right????". Flash forward to today, I had yet another package go missing and called Dave at the Post Office to give him my tracking info and have him look into my missing package. He told me yet again the package was in fact delivered and "scanned at the door". I had already heard this excuse in the past, he told me to contact the seller..however the package was scanned in Mansfield that morning so the seller definitely sent me the package. This Post Office is incompetent and tries to lie in order to cover up there mistakes. Yet another 1 star review, keep up the good work.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I was on the phone with Mansfield Post Office everyday for two whole weeks because they failed to properly deliver a $250 shipment with no results. The last phone call I had made about my package I was told I would get a call back. Did I? Nope. Every time I call Im told something different about what happened to my order and every employee that has answered the phone has been extremely rude. Safe to say if I order anything online I have it sent to a family members house in surrounding towns because Mansfield Post Office has such terrible service, if you cant already tell from the reviews. I highly recommend avoiding them if possible.

Consistently delivers THE WORST service by any business Ive ever dealt with. I had a package sent next day, spent the whole day home, got my mail delivered with the exception of my package. Upon checking the tracking number, it was showing that a deliver attempt was made, and a notice was left. There was no notice, I was home the entire day, and the package didnt even need a signature. So what gives? I will never use the post office for anything again. Ill send everything ups or fedex even if it costs more. USPS is hands down the most unreliable delivery service you could imagine.

Awful I try to go to Foxboro Norton or Attleboro whenever I can, negative and nasty people at front. They get mad when you pre-package and pay your items and ask for receipt but if you pay them at the front hey dont? Its all the SAME MONEY. And they should like it makes their jobs easier and they only have to scan, but they get mad at more than 10 packages.. Its the people who own small business stores keeping them going. Was told I was the top customer with most packages one month and this is the thanks I get.. Not good service. Need new front people!

My sister asked me about a package she sent from Switzerland and how, according to her tracking system, a delivery was attempted. I called this post office and while they were very nice about redelivering it, even offering to deliver it without the required signature, there still was no reason offered for not receiving notification that something was at the post office awaiting my signature. Im not sure what would have happened had I not called them. Not impressed.

They lost my Priority Mail package containing all of my tax info that had a Tracking number. And they failed to leave a note at the address of the recipient when they didnt answer. How a mail carrier can be so careless and irresponsible, Im not sure, but someone at this location managed to pull it off. Congratulations! Enjoy your pension, thanks to my tax dollars.

Amazon shipped a laptop through USPS. Mansfield office says it dropped it near my door and it must be stolen so I dint receive it. How can you drop a $555 worth shipment on road and just leave. Total unprofessional service. I think I should report this incident to police.

Very Unprofessional. My family and I were coming to get passports, the man tossed our sensitive info around at the counter, while people waiting behind us. No separate office or line. Got our papers and left. Very unprofessional. Much better experience in Attleboro.

Just awful. Important tax documents from the IRS, a summons to court, and package after package, cant seem to be delivered properly. People never received checks I sent them. The absolute worst ongoing experience Ive ever had with any company, etc....

Never dealt with a worse post office. So many headaches. Frequent failure to deliver mail and packages. Multiple times tracking has stated an attempt was made and a slip was left, but I have never once seen one.

Wort post office around they keep sending me mail that is not mine I have told them five times dont send it. But they keep doing it so I out learn to read wrong address and what do they do of course send it .

Disrespectful customer service, simply awful. They did a mistake by not delivering my stuff although the mail man marked it delivered for 10 days and when i went there to follow up, the guy shouted at me.
