Within 2 months, our company got important packages delivered at the wrong address. We were unable to receive our supplies in a timely manner and lose days in our timelines. Our packages are delivered at an address that is on the other side of town, and cannot even figure out who signed for the receipt. When we called FedEx and asked if we can get things sorted in a timely manner we were told to wait until the issue is resolved. 24h later still no answer... and we were asked to wait until the following Monday. If nothing shows up on that day we are supposed to call the supplier and ask for a new item that will be sent at FedEx expenses. So because a driver cannot read an address and does not do his/he job properly (does not make sure the package is delivered at the right address and does not request for the signature of an employee of the proper recipient company) , we are losing a total of 6 days of work..... Knowing the fees that FedEx charges, i believe it is outrageous to see this lack of customer care.

Never using FedEx again. Literally a waste of time and a bunch of liars. They marked my package as if they attempted to deliver it but I stayed home for 5 days straight waiting on these damn people and they never showed up. I called them to explain to them that they did not make it to my door step and the responses were all the same that they attempted the delivdelivery but nobody was home. Bullshit! Worst location ever. I would rather use UPS. They at least ring your doorbell. My work had to be pushed back because of these idiots that try to half ass their jobs and make it seem like they are doing it.

After a "delivery attempt" (lies) i called Fedex and they said they were going to hold my package so i could pick it up. I went to this location(30 minutes away from my house) and they told me they didnt have it, that it was in another facilty. then i drove to the other one and had me waiting over 20 minutes if it wasnt for a delivery guy that helped me telling them i was there they wouldve never come. The phone they had for the client to call "1600" to let them know you are there its always busy. The girl was nice and apologized.

This place is terrible. Theyre a week late on delivering my package, and say theyve tried to deliver the package three times. Ive been at my house the entire time. Video surveillance says otherwise. No note, no phone call, nothing. Ive called them about it twice and their response was completely disrespectful and lackadaisical. Basically, "well get to it when we get to it". Horrible.

Needed to pick up my package before a flight, was absolutely petrified I wasnt going to get it in time. Luckily Austin the floor manager kept the doors open even after the place closed and brought my package out to me. Five star service and wonderful customer support, from the people at the help desk to the shipping floor. Thanks Austin, sorry I didnt give better thanks in person!

Its should be a zero or negative star for this fedex location for their drivers. If a package drive didnt press the door ring , How the F people know they are here!? And even fake the system tracking information!!!!!!!!I was like fedex delivery, but I will try to no to use their service anymore!!

Total liars they are. They never showed up for a delivery item that I have been waiting for at home all day for two days. They just threw delivery exceptions, saying "Customer not available or business closed". Worst service! If there is an option for zero star, I would give it to them.

Waited at home all day for no one to even knock on the door then get an email saying delivery attempted but customer not home. It appears from these reviews I am not the first person this has happened to. FedEx please do something about this shipping center.

I have been waiting on an important package and I was literally on my front door step and they just drove off. I had thought they were trying to park, but I realized too late they were driving off. I had waited outside for 2 1/2 hrs in 21° weather.

WORST EVER.. total liars. they dont even show up at your door step and mark the shipment as exception (customer not available).. I took a day off from work and stayed home the whole day.. no one showed up
