FedEx drive claimed on today that I was not home when he or she never knocked beeped or read the fluorescent yellow note on my door to ring my doorbell every single time I use fedex my package never comes I always end up going to get it myself they simply suck I called back to say I was certainly home my house has cameras and he simply never even got out of the truck or parked in front of my house never saw the 6 vehicles in my driveway either I guess you people should not be in business UPS and the United States Parcel Servicel blows you away you dont care who you have working for you and have not a clue how to deliver anything youll be out of business and Ill never ever ship or receive a package trhrough Fedex again you this was my last time and last straw Warren RI Fedex you suck !!!!!

Came to house never even knocked on door instead claim no one was home when there was called customer service for the guy to keep going sorry but they will come out the next business day sorry doesnt cut it when its medical supplies an the driver never gets out of his truck to knock on door so yes I will sit on porch an wait for your drive an he will get a lovely ear chewing Not amused with this part of FedEx at all they really need to do away with this branch

Missed delivery, it happens. I wasnt there, landlord didnt hear any knocking. I called to ask about picking it up from the FedEx location, and was told it was still on the truck but they would call me when it got back. Never received a call, and when I called them later they told me that the location had already closed (3:30? Seriously?) so I have to wait until Tuesday because they arent open on Monday.

Delivered my package containing $500 worth of business products to the WRONG address!!! Isnt reading a pivotal part of the job description?!? How the F@CK can this type of mistake happen?!? IDIOTS!!! Thats how!!! Theyre ALL barely bottom of the barrel high school graduates, at best...

Cant read simple instructions you provide on their website nor can they deliver within 3 days of their initial schedule delivery date. The current 1.8 star rating is way to high... this is exactly why I avoid Fed Ex whenever possible... embarrasses for them..

Wow...I just had the same experience. Truck pulled up in front of house. Driver never got out and then I received a notification of an unsuccessful attempt to deliver. The driver just didnt want to deliver my glider rocker.

I received 3 packages from Fed Ex Home Delivery today. They were delivered to the wrong house. My house is clearly labeled with the house number. Good thing I have nice neighbors!

Thur and Fri driver claimed I wasnt home , never knocked or beeped horn. Still no package an tommorow is last attempt..oh no guess whats gonna happen.
