Woman at the post office charged me full price because she said I could not tape the flat rate box. She was very rude to me and refused to answer any of my questions, simply told me to ask the Postmaster if I didnt believe her. Awful, and she was wrong... Google "Tape flat rate priority" and within seconds you will see you can tape flaps and seams as long as you dont change the shape of the box.

This a satellite office of the USPS. Friendly staff will help when its possible. Be sure to have your package(s) ready as most people do. If you expect to wrap a package and label it, they have limited supplies, but be respectful of others and dont take all the clerks time and people waiting their turn.

Not a regular USPS, it is a carrier post office. They do not offer regular service such as printing shipping labels.
