First visit they were friendly, I opened a box to receive packages for my company. I had been on the road for several hours and and they allowed me to use their restroom. For the next several weeks everything is business as usual. I use their restroom occasionally. Never any complaints its clean. Then suddenly I walk in one day and I get walked to what they call the real public restroom which is on the second floor all the way on the other side of this strip mall they are located in. He was talking to me like I was a child and wouldnt get it. My company switched from Fedex, what a mistake. They went from a professional service to a mickey mouse operation which is completely detached from the actual service were using. I ship and receive 15 20 packages a week. Im sorry my business is such a burden to you.

The two women that helped us today (around 4:50pm August 16) were incredibly helpful and patient -- we were trying to notorize a poorly designed form and they took the time to help us even when we had to print multiple forms. A really great experience.
