I was expecting a delivery today. When I got up this morning I checked the updated status online and it was listed as out for delivery. A little while later I check again and the status was changed to customer not available. I found this strange since I have been home all day and there was no knocks on my door. I live on the third floor. I went downstairs and on my mailbox was a slip with the FedEx location to pick up my package which is at least 40 min away from where I live. The drive never bothered to even walk up the three flights of stairs to knock on my door so I can sign for the package. I was home the entire time there was no reason for the package not to be delivered. I called FedEx and arranged to have a second delivery attempt made the same day. Rather than make the second delivery attempt I received a call from the FedEx location stating the driver returned to the store so they will not be making a second delivery attempt and if I wanted my package I would need to pick it up myself. I began to express my frustration and I will admit I was not happy because as I stated I was home all morning and had they bothered to knock on my door this would not be an issue and while expressing my frustration the women who called from the FedEx location hangs the phone up on me. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them in the future!

I get deliveries by fed ex every month there is always something wrong when is not that they take my package to the wrong house and when I call to complain all I get is a sorry like thats going to help anything just recently I was supposed to receive a package because of the snow it got delay which I understand but than I call to pick it up and wat Im told if I try to go pick up my package Im not going to be able to get it and Im gonna go there for no reason

Im sure theyre going to delete this but every single time they come to my job to bring my check my boss overnights it and at least once a month I end up sitting around 3 hours later than what it was supposed to be dropped off by and then I end up arguing with them every time just to get my check. We pay extra for on-time overnight express shipping and somehow they are still not capable of getting the job done right.

Fedex is the Very Best second to none. I Owned Jewelry Direct for years and they never one time did not make a delivery date. The business Im in time is everything when you tell a Company as large as Wal-Mart their Pkg. will be there on a certain day,,the last thing you want is to be late. The also make good promptly for all damaged packages is does happen rearly..As I said when you want the best You want FedEx..!

I like FedEx but as for that delivery guys deserve half of one star! Left door tag on door at 9:22am and that time I was at front door area and dogs didnt bark which they always always bark bark at everyone who comes at our driveway. Ninja delivery workers huh? Looks like they are instructed to just throw door tag on doors and escape like nothing happens? End rant**

I saw the truck outside and didnt hear a knock. The truck must have been outside for not even 20 seconds because as I opened my door he drove away and all he left was a tag that said "Were sorry we missed you" told me to pick up the package at 4. Terrible service!

After a horrendous customer service experience at the UPS Store on Warwick Avenue, Rhode Island, I went to FedEx. Fabulous customer service! Could it be because there were so many women working the desk and willing to offer a helping hand? Excellent!

aggrivating.. wouldnt deliver my package from here because i didnt give them a company name even though my name and address were on the package.. and they deliver to me and pick up from me every day... next time i will use UPS

Horrible service caught the driver come to the house run to door and stick a piece of paper on the front door run back to truck and take off never use them again. This is not the first time I seen them do this.

I hated my experience with FedEx! I bought a $40 guitar hero guitar to find it delivered to a house 4 houses away from me! Good thing that they saw the package and walked to my house to bring it to me.

you have to be really loud and obviously present (almost lucky) to get a delivery guy to bring your package to your door and not just leave a door tag, ring a door bell or knock for once

Morons, couldnt deliver a package to my address so I had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. UPS, USPS have never had delivery issues. FEDEX has had 2 prior issues delivering to me.
