I needed and 18 x 18 x 30 top loading box. I called and they said they had 18 x 18 x 33. The price was over twice what I could get it for online, but I needed it that day. I went to the store and picked it up. It was NOT a top loading box, but a side loading. I decided I could work with it. So I took it home and packed the 55 pound item I needed to mail, paid the $65 for online shipping, and lugged the packed box to the post office. They refused it - said it was too big. I asked how could that be - I got the shipping info from the USPS website. They said it was oversize: 18 x 18 x 36 and too big to ship USPS, period. Thats right: UPS Store told me 33 and sold me 36! So I got to lug the box back home and since it was not a top loader (my fault for accepting it) I could not easily cut it down to USPS dimensions. I had to go through the whole process again with shipping UPS and now I have to see if I will ever get my $65 back from USPS for the prepaid shipping. Lesson to others: if for some reason you buy a box from the UPS Store, make sure you measure it! Lesson to self: get my boxes someplace else, but still double-check the size.

This is the worst UPS I have ever been to. I went there yesterday to ship a package with a pre-printed label and all I asked was to use their TAPE and the guy at the counter said that using their tape was going to cost me $2. I can get a roll of tape for cheaper than that. SO apparently, its their "STORE POLICY".

Stopped in when the store was fairly new and I loved the service! It was perfect. Today I went in and I may never come back to the location. While the store clerk help me, they made me feel I was an annoyance.

I forgot to seal my package and asked them if I can use their tape. They said I need to buy one for $3.5. I had to go back home and taped my package.

Typically come here to drop off prepaid packages, havent used any of their other services. Never had an issue.

Lousy service. Asked for a UPS envelope and was refused. I havent had this happen elsewhere.
