Im disabled and request that my packages be delivered to the side door. It is printed on the address label also. I get household items delivered monthly because I dont drive. Last month my packages were delivered two buildings down and were stolen. This month, the box was crushed and ripped and they left the package out front. I had to drag it around to the side. If I wasnt disabled, it wouldnt be a problem but unfortunately I am. As i was dragging the box to my apt, it fell apart.

Have had so many issues with Fedex I have lost count. Funny I havent had ANY issues with the two big "Us"? The big problem is a lot of sellers will ONLY ship FedEx, because they are cheaper. (You get what you pay for!) I agree with the last reviewer, FedEx phone customer service is horrible. Would probably be a little easier if the people on the other end of the line spoke English, and werent answering every question off of a script.

When you try to solve a problem you need to stay on the line for at least 1 hour for someone to answer the freaking phone!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! Can someone please open up a better shipping company!! Shame on you Fedex!!!!

Shipment never arrived at my address. Fed-ex states it was in fact delivered. Whole family was outside at the stated time working on yard. We saw a Fed-ex truck around the time stated, but it did not stop. Cannot connect with a human!

This is without a doubt the worst delivery service available. I bought a gaming desktop, and they delivered it with the box soaked with water. Luckily the person who packaged it put styrofoam over it, and wrapped it in a bag.
