Horrible service and lazy lying drivers. I got a notification while tracking my package that 15 minutes prior the driver came by my place of business rang the bell and we were closed so he left a notification on my door for an attempted delivery. The problem is that I was at work all day waiting for this package and the bell never rang. The driver never came by and there was no tag left on my door. It is impossible to speak to a human when trying to contact customer service and the virtual assistant feature on the site is a joke. The shipper did their part in getting my package to me in 2 days which I paid for but thanks to FedEx and their incompetent lazy lying drivers who cant be bothered to get out of their truck walk 5 steps to the door to deliver a package I will not have my package for Christmas even though I paid for expedite shipping. Very very unhappy disappointed customer and expected much more from FedEx. If I could give negative starts I would. fedex, I hope that you do something about this horrible trend that your drivers are setting and atrocious customer service. Not even close to professional or catering about due dates or their customers

I was expecting my sons US passport to be delivered in Shrewsbury, MA. It was delivered on time, only at the wrong address. The guys cant tell the difference between 2 clear letters of the English language, which can only be the reason for making such a stupid error and delivering it at another building. Fortunately, I was able to find the package in the building next to mine, which is where it was dumped, and yes this is an extremely important legal document I was awaiting. After I got a call back from Fedex, the man on the phone had nothing else to say except "I dont know why he would do that". Please teach the English alphabet to your delivery guys. Its only a package for you, it could mean someones life for them! This dispatch was from West Boylston, MA.

this company is the worst ive seen.every time I had them deliver it has been bad. just yesterday I got a order from amazon containing 3 pairs of pants.and what did they do???????????????????????????? they left the box in the pouring rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not even a bag over it..every thing was soaked!!!!!!!!!!! then one time I had a package that they said they delivered and said he left in my garage.which I never had one.....I guess someone stole it.just a warning im calling amazon about this last shipment. drivers dont seem to care.if you order on 2 day shipping plan on 3

I dont this postal office i paid for amazon prime to get this phine i order for yesterday and the driver was unavailable i missed a perfectly job interview that they were interested in me to hire they were going to let me know when i can show up so i can sign some papers so i can get hired but i missed the it than westboylston

I was expecting a package today(Saturday) at 10.30 am. At 10.42am my door bell rang. I came out within 30 seconds and did not see the delivery guy. Then I called to customer service and they said I have to weight till Monday to get it. SO you may have to have a motor bicycle ready When FedEx come to your door.
