Terrible Service!!! Called to see when delivery was scheduled since the tracking website had shown the TV was sitting in their warehouse for several days. Was told Wednesday between 11 and 3. I cancelled a scheduled appointment for that day. Wednesday I received a recorded call saying delivery would be Thursday from 11 to 3. On Thursday afternoons, I need to leave my house at 2:30 to pick up my 2 grandchildren from school and baby sit for them until their parents return home from work. I called Colt and told them of my time constraints. They said no problem, they would instruct the driver to deliver my package early enough to make sure I would be free by 2:30. My son who is out of vacation time was forced to leave work as it was impossible to find child care with no notice. At 2:25 I called Colt. They called the driver who then called me to tell me he would call ½ hour before he turned up and that he was on his way to make 2 deliveries to a town which is about 30 to 40 minutes from mine. He was currently in a town which is as close to my town as the town to which he was headed. I asked him for an ETA and all he would say was I’ll call you ½ hour before I get to your house. Knowing where he is headed, I’d be surprised if he got to my house and sooner than 4:30. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I received a courtesy call informing me that the item had been delivered to Colt on a Wednesday. When I asked about scheduling a time to deliver to my house, they informed me that I had to wait until it had been processed to schedule that. Stupid policy, but OK, sure, I waited....For a week before I had to call them to ask what was going on. I was very rudely informed that it had been processed and that the only delivery window available was on Saturday between 2 and 6 PM. 4 hour window effectively limiting me to sitting at home all day Saturday? Wonderful....So I hung out around the house on Saturday waiting for the delivery...It is now almost 630 and I have neither heard from nor seen them. The office is closed, there is no way to contact anyone, and I still dont have the package I ordered almost a month ago (it took almost 3 weeks to get them to deliver it to Colt). The shipping center is 26 minutes from my house and they havent managed to deliver the package for almost 2 weeks since they received it. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE delivery company. Probably only still in business because new customers dont know any better. 0/5 stars.

told me to expect delivery between 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Came home at 11:00 a.m. to find the sofa at the end of my driveway. I have a generic note on my door that reads: "Delivery people, do not leave packages on front porch as they are being stolen. Please leave in the shed at the end of the driveway." The idiot driver took this to be a note to him and I got a phone message from Tracy that the sofa did not fit in the shed, so they just left it. Ah, duh, are you serious? The manager, Shannon, was even ruder, saying the generic note was obviously a permission slip to leave the sofa outside and insisted I was told 10:00 a.m., not 11:00 a.m. Very unimpressive, unintelligent, no customer service company. Stay away from.

Disastrously, almost HIDEOUSLY bad service; they never called to confirm delivery of a sofa I purchased on 11/7. I called them twice; they confirmed for a Thursday and "wrote the delivery onto their schedule." I took the day off, and lost my wages for that day. They never called me back to confirm; I just called them again today (tomorrow is Thursday). Guess what: theyre surprised....they have no trucks going to my town tomorrow, and its scheduled for Friday when I will be out of state. They were not going to call me to tell me this; Ive lost a day of wages; and I have no couch. If you buy any large item in Connecticut make absolutely sure that it is NOT delivered by this disgraceful company.
