They delivered my package to SOMEONES house, just not mine. Of course, the driver had 6 minutes left to his shift when the package was left wherever it was... Perhaps that has something to do with it? Im firmly convinced they couldnt find their way out of a wet paper bag without an issue.

I called to see if they would give me a time window for my delivery. Pat took my information and said he would contact the driver and call me back. He did and said between 11:30 and 1pm. Washington delivered my package at 11:45. He was so nice and pleasant. . Thank you Fedex!

I worked here. Im still a FedEx vendor till May 2017. I love everyone and everything represented here. This facility is a machine. Their motto should be "No Package Left Behind" because they do exceedingly well.

FedEx delivery driver lies about delivery attempts and FedEx customer service is full of empty excuses and worthless apologies. Wish there was a way to give negative ratings as that would indicate FedExs worth.
