I would give my experience 0 stars if possible. I was supposed to get a very important package delivered on Friday that never showed up. I spoke with a customer service representative Friday evening who assured me the package would in fact be delivered the same day. The package needs to be signed for, requiring me to stay home all day and forgo any errands I had planned. When I spoke with UPS on Saturday to try and pick up the package, I was informed that the shipping center was not open and that the package never even made it onto the truck on Friday. This morning (Monday) I called the UPS center again. They told me they could not guarantee a specific time of delivery and I now have to wait at home until UPS eventually makes the delivery. This is unacceptable- I have places I need to be and cannot spend all day AGAIN waiting for this package. However, due to the importance of the package, I am forced to do so and will have to cancel my appointments for later in the day. I also have to cram three days worth of work into part of one day because the package is something I need to get work done. I am utterly appalled by the pathetic excuse for customer service at the Ashland UPS center- I was lied to and have seen nothing done to rectify the situation. From now on, I will make sure all of my packages are delivered through USPS and FedEx.

Two times they did the same thing. "THE RECEIVER IS NOT LISTED IN THE BUILDING DIRECTORY." Around 200 apartments in this apartment complex and beside the most busiest road in the city. And they could not find it. USPS, FedEx they all can find my address and even I got packages from UPS unless it goes to this UPS store. I believe they did not even try to deliver the package. If there is an option of giving 0 star, I would give that.

Sorry but being closed for customers on Sat, is totally unacceptable, especially how UPS will not deliver on the weekend if the package doesnt have a Sat delivery even if the delay is due on their part. They claimed weather delays, but that doesnt account for selectively delivery certain items and neglecting other ones.

Driver places package in garage but no note on front day saying were package is located..car in garage drives over package...Hmmm..wtf..driver is one *******...cant blame person in jump seat...they were laid off on 24th....drivers fault for not placing it in breeze way. Like all the other times...

Everytime is so easy to deal with UPS, best delivery service ever and this store has the nicest guy ever. For shipping they have 4 available computers you just come use as guest print the label paid and leave... Simple like that!
