I frequent this store and am grateful for their professionalism and patience. Shipping parameters/options (as well as the other services they provide) can be confusing to someone who does not do it often, and they have been consistently patient and informative for me. Typically I rely on them for print and/or scan-to-email services, which is a better alternative to paying for print cartridges for those of us who print only a few times a year (expensive cartridges at $30+ per unit dry out when not used often). In the most recent case I had to insist they add a few steps to their process, to ensure documents I had scanned were deleted from sent items and trash, scan document repository on their computer, and recycle bin on their computer, due to them containing confidential information. I had to insist on witnessing this myself, though they did inform they they purge these locations regularly. They accommodated me professionally and I am grateful.

The staff are all super friendly!! I recently learned that they do printing as well and helpful. Theyre usually pretty quick and there often isnt much of a wait, other than around the holidays. One afternoon I needed to print name badges and poster for an upcoming event. I had to go on over to the UPS store anyway to pick up some packages and thought Id just call over and see if by any chance they could help me out with this. Derek told me that they could totally handle it - Derek had my badges printing within minutes and I placed an order for my posters. I was able to pick them up the next evening for our event the next morning - everything turned out perfect.

This place is so much better then the "POST OFFICE" and they are now an approved postal provider with all the same services as the post office. What I love about this place is that it has a neighborhood feel. All of the employees are tremendously helpful and super friendly. I love how they know their customers names, and if they dont you personally, they still treat everyone like an old friend.

This is the only place Im going from now on. I went to staples today and was told I would have to wait 24hrs for my print job. Then I remember hearing about The UPS Store from a friend at my bank who had his flyers designed and printed at this location. They were super helpful. They seem to get lots of business from referrals and I can see why, they get the job done fast.

I have used this location a few times now and have been very happy. I had to ship an awkwardly shaped item and they knew exactly the best way to package it. I also sent a very fragile item which they wrapped for me and it arrived safely at its destination 2000 miles away. Would recommend using them if you need to ship a package, they are knowledgeable and friendly.

This location refused to mail my packages, even though I had all of the necessary shipping information at hand. I would never do business (or try to do business) here again. ETA: I went instead to Fed Ex, who shipped the pieces out immediately. Not sure what was the problem with this UPS location, but I certainly cant recommend them.

In past visits to The UPS Store I have had great care from Carol and Joe who also work there. many thanks for the special coupon book that they gave me to help out with discounts on their services.

The UPS Store in Milford is awesome. The manager Carol is very helpful. She has helped me with everything from just dropping off a package with a prepaid return label to performing a much needed notary stamp for some important documents. I cant think of a visit Ive had to this store that hasnt been quick, easy, and pleasant.

A great place to pack and ship, they offered me to ship it by USPS priority mail to save me $$. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store will match competitors coupons and special deals, If an employee doesnt have the answer to your question, he/she will find someone who does. Highly recommended.

I was so glad to find out that they opened in Milford. Excellent and friendly customer service. Helped me with shipping some items and scanning and faxing documents. I appreciated how careful they are with scanning highly confidential documents. Doesnt get better than this. Very professional business.

The convenience and reliability of this place cant be beat. Last Saturday I needed to ship some documents to Morocco by DHL. The person who waited on me made it so easy and helped me make copies of what I was sending so that I could keep the originals. I plan on using them again real soon.

I love this place - the people who work there are friendly and extremely competent. I had to get.a document notarized and the man who helped me was courteous and took the whole thing very seriously, which made me feel very confident that things would be done properly.

It was 7:30 pm and I had just finished my taxes at H&R Block next door and needed to make copies of my return, I was happy that they were still open :) Excellent service and very helpful, friendly staff.

Bring your wallet. They charge for EVERYTHING. Yup$1 for a piece of tape $2 to receive an email I overheard someone say theyre going to start charging admission and selling oxygen.

8:30am deliveries are never made on time. Always late so you always pay that extra fee and do not receive the service asked for.

Quick stop if you need things shipped, and they offer notary and passport services on premises, which is very convenient.
