Everytime I have an item shipped through fed-ex i play the game locate my items. I am at a point where i dont want to use Fed-ex anymore. It is one thing to ring my bell once and hop in your truck. it is another thing to ring my bell once, leave with no notice, but advise your superisor you left ampel notice. Interesting right? The worst part is when they get reemed by their superiors and all of a sudden all notices they supossibly left everytime they attempt to deliver my package appears in my mailbox in a bulk. I do not trust them, and I cant stand the customer service representatives who give you anattitude everytime you call. Fedex needs to hire someone to man the phones strictly for shipment vs. transfering calls to customer service. That is not okay given the geographical difference for most agents. its incovient and a waste of most individual times when they have to sit in a que and then be disrespected. If this wasnt an ongoing issue Id let it go, but its everytime I have a package sent. Then they advise they cannot do store p/u yet I have done store pick up plenty of times when I would not be home. Fedex get it together!

Overcharged our Fedex account without our authorization!! Original bill charged for $$.$$ and the real charge on the card was $20 more than the original charge not sure how this is possible without our authorization!! Customer representative totally disinterested to help with the different options available with the first customer of the day!! The one on Rt 30 Framingham is lot better! NEVER GO HERE!

I tried to get a package from them at their facility to save both them and myself some time. They said it would take an hour to find it in the container and were unwilling to do so. Very poor customer service.

Very poor organization, they called Me to advise of a package requiring my pickup. I left work early to make business hours; arrived and discovered I was not the correct recipiant. They called me erroneously.
