I took three UPS Ground pre-paid boxes into this store at 11:10AM EST on July19, 2010 and I was told that they would not accept the boxes because they were valued at over $100. I was told to go to Staples to ship them. I have been to UPS Stores all over the country and this is the first time a store has told me they would not accept a UPS Ground package. What is the world coming to when you cannot ship a UPS package from a UPS Store? Apparently, this store is doing so well that they can refuse business. I was going to purchase a 6 month mailbox at this location but decided if they dont want some of my business then they wont get any of my business. Franchise owners of this location, if you dont like shipping UPS pre-paid boxes for customers then you picked the wrong franchise to open. I am reporting this to UPS Corporate.

A terrible experience..they quoted an outrageous shipping fee of $195 for a 10 lb beginner keyboard and said USPS would not send it. The Post Office and company said it was $25 to ship. We did not send it and I am reporting it to UPS corporate offices...a big mistake or a scam?
