Terrible services. Many times theyve come an actual business I own & marked it saying receiver was not home. The business I own is a convenient store and many times the door is WIDE OPEN. You CANNOT MISS coming inside. The last package that was to be delivered to me say that it was delivered when an attempt WAS NOT EVEN MADE. They had the nerve to say it was signed by some bulls**t name. I called FedEx customer service & was hung up on twice (last being by some guy named Rafael) after I furiously expressed that it was not delivered. Spoke to a 3rd person and they were nice & listened to me. He provided info to the Johnston location & said theyd deliver it as soon as possible. Im going there today after work to try and pick it up. Will update later.

Really not thrilled. 1st wine delivery I had, I missed them and paid extra for them to come within a time frame I chose. They instead came way earlier... which just happened to be ok because I happened to be home. This time I not only never got a notice for their 1st attempt, but went upstairs to floss my teeth and somehow missed them on their "final attempt"... even though my loud dogs who bark at as much as a leaf didnt make a peep. Was told to go pick it up, so I drove an hour to the facility and not only could they not get ahold of the driver for a half hour but then I was told it wouldnt be there for another hour. Gave up because I have things to do. Horrible.

I had the exact same experience as Sue. Was waiting for a package that was tracking online and I knew was going to be delivered on the day that I was home. I had the doors open the windows open and was watching out for the delivery driver. I was doing some dishes in the kitchen or the driver pull up walk to the door and there was a tag on there saying that I was not home. I really needed the package. So I drove to the FedEx facility and explain what happened to the person behind the desk. She told me that the driver would not do that because he wouldnt want to waste a trip to come back twice. So either Im going crazy or the driver is being lazy.

Terrible. I expected a package delivered today. I work from and my desk is my kitchen table in front of big picture window. Fedex truck pulls up in front of my house. I get out of my chair 2 min later the driver looks at me through the window, my two dogs are barking, two cars are in my driveway and he tags my door with a shipment status that I wasnt home. He did not ring my bell knock on my door. I tried to chased him down with my car but he got away. Can we EXPECT any kind of service anymore. REALLY can someone try to perform their jobs because they get paid to. Where is the customer service anymore....

Christmas present I ordered was left at the wrong address about 3 weeks ago. Took a week to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. I have been on the phone with them daily for 2 weeks, they were supposed to retrieve the package, but each call gets a different answer/excuse from a random "Customer Advocate". If you dont specifically ask for a customer advocate, youll be dealing with someone in another country with English as a second language. Horrible experience, makes me like UPS & USPS by default.

I had a Express package on 7/6/16 from Providence to Sanfransisco, they did not deliver on time and I had to request a return to my own address. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my package! I have spent almost 125 dollars and also I spent 30 mins every single day to figure out where my package was. Every single day they do apologize but there is no any problem solving. The package values 300 dollars and I have no idea where is it!

Horrible Horrible Horrible SERVICE!!! The old cat and mouse game trying to get your package from them when they try to deliver and your not home. The FedEx facility is in the most inconvenient place and is worse than a prison. I will insist from any place that ships to me NOT to use FedEx and use UPS. They are much more reliable and easier to work with.

Been trying to get a package for a month now. Fedex claims they left 4 door tags, but I only got one. Then I tried to get them to send it to another FedEx facility for pickup and was told 4 times they would make it happen. Over a week later it still hasnt left the facility, and there is no number listed to call this facility directly.

Absolute worst service ever. Driver leaves "sorry you werent home" tags on my mailbox when I was there all three attempts. Too lazy to drive down a long driveway. Call FedEx, they want me to drive an hour and a half to pick up a package that I paid shipping on. After Ive spoken to two supervisors, issue was never resolved

Your Fedex driver left hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of catalogs in the snow. Theres a HUGE box next to my door along with a HUGE sigh on my door to put them in the box. Guys leaves them in the snow like an inconciderit prick. There were 6 boxes the FIRST time... AND 3 MORE the SECOND TIME!!! Garbage service!!!!

My package got stolen and the delivery guy LIED and said that he left the package on my front door because the apartment complex door was open. Okay fine but why didnt you ring my door bell? Or knock? 300 dollar package stolen horrible service

If I could rate it lower I would. I called 3 separate times over the course of the day. To finally be informed that the driver returned to the facility without delivering the package. So um... Thats obscure. Wish the service could be improved.

Need to be buzzed through the gate in order to get inside the office? UPS isnt that uptight. Seems unnecessary. Other than that, its what you can expect for a shipping location.
