This is a 5 star for your dispatcher Brian. I paid for 2 day shipping from Florida and it was supposed to arrive on Friday. Friday afternoon I was told they wanted to schedule for Monday. After saying that was unacceptable and I needed the production for the weekend they transferred me to Brian who got it done. No slack no BS just made it work. Give this man a raise!

Not only did I receive my package on time if not earlier than I thought it was going to be delivered, but the contents were safe and the box itself was undamaged. My only complaint is for the people who ordered and had their package delivered through FedEx, and did NOT utilize the delivery options FedEx provides you with.

if possible I would give 0 star. Got notified there will be delivery, and I stay at home for the whole day for that package. When I track the status in fedex website, its delivery exception "nobody at hone". Really do not understand what happened....
