literally the slowest functioning outdated post office in rhode island. couldnt get my passport because the passport employee was on lunch break even though I called ahead of time to see if was ok. when dropping off mail theres long lines because the employees are slow and talk instead of get the job done. theres only one person working at times.

There are a couple of good guys who work hard there, but there is one guy that is severely unprofessional and unwilling to help with the easiest of tasks. The mailman is even worse. Does not deliver packages, loses them constantly and lies when saying delivered packages. Half good and half bad, yet the bad outweighs the good.

Service is god-awful. People dont get their mail, other people get it. One mailman reeks of alcohol. Nothing has been done to compensate those without their own mail
