I had a very expensive package coming, I was originally supposed to get it on March 18th. I received an email from my shipper stating ghe package was delayed due to bad weather, i accepted that and understood. Package than was supposed to be delivered on March 21st. While I was at work on March 18th, I received an email stating my package had been delivered at 12:07pm. I immediately went home to retrieve my package, the package is nowhere, Ive gone to neighbors and every house in my area looking for my package. I than called Fed Ex to inquire, they said that as long as the trucks GPS went to my home there was nothing they could do about this. If I couldve not given any star I would have. Ill NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN For my shipping services. Extremely unpleased with my service. This is the second time Ive had a horrible experience with them. The first was 2 days ago when they left my package in a snowbank. Ruining its contents. Once again no help from Fed Ex. They really didnt seen to be concerned with this issue at all. Once again there was nothing they could do.

I had a package shipped to me from California, it originally said it was going to be delivered friday, i called and they said i wont be delivered until monday, while everything online was saying friday. The tracking said it arrived at the station on saturday and was on the truck for delivery. I called again and they said there were people at the station but if i went there they couldnt take it off the truck that it has to go out for delivery on monday, for a company that is suppose to be in customer service they are very poor when it comes to being flexible for the customer needs, i said i would come pick it up and save the delivery but they cant because it on the truck. This was frustrating knowing that i use to work for DHL and UPS and working with the customer is the priority of most companies but not FEDEX.

Inexcusably poor service. Needed a package on wednesday for a small business thats 5 minutes from this location. They apparently tried to deliver it monday, but left no slip, and put us on a "vacation status" even though our hours are right on the door and they delivered before we open. Then we spent all Wednesday calling them trying to get ahold of the package that has been 5 minutes away from us for THREE DAYS and they would not deliver it, they would not allow us to pick it up. It RUINED an event that night with over 100 people for a small business. The employee i spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and absolutely, shockingly incompetent.

I came here to pick up a very fragile package. The woman went to get it, and after a few minutes she called to me for my help since its very heavy as well. I was horrified to find her flipping the box end over end each time the box slamming into the concrete floor. I asked her to stop and pointed out the words fragile written in big letters on all sides of the box, not to mention the arrows pointing up. Her reply? Well thats how I found it! Two wrongs dont make a right.

Disgraceful lack of service at the FedEx Ground shipping center in West Lebanon, NH. I went to pickup a package at 3pm on Saturday only to find out from drivers as they were arriving that despite the posted hours that they are open until 4pm on Saturday, the office personnel usually leave by noon. Completely mismanaged and hope to select UPS instead whenever possible.

Thanks for destroying my classic-car part and then ignoring my claim for a reimbursement. Thanks for pocketing my $175.00 shipping fee. Thanks for reminding me why I once swore off FedEx. Thanks for forcing me to file a lawsuit; at least I found parking right in front of the courthouse this morning. Looking forward to my favorable verdict!!!

I had to drop off a large return package to this location. It is quite difficult to enter the facility - it has a NYC subway like security turnstile. But the staff was efficient and friendly and overall a great return experience

I went in at 2:45 to get a package when they were supposed to close at 4. A driver leaving said everyone decided to leave early at 2:30. I was pissed. Completely unprofessional.
