Ive never in my life experienced such unprofessional behavior. I live in an apartment complex and the driver was suppose to deliver my package to me. I was home al day and I never heard the buzzer go off in order for me to let a person in. I look online to see that my packaged has been delivered. SDA to be exact. When I called DHL they told me the drive might have left it in the leasing office. I checked the next morning because the leasing office was closed and when I went in the morning there was no package. When they contacted the driver she said she left the package in the hallway. In the damn hallway. How do you leave someones package in a hallway. I paid $150 for my package online and she just left my package in the hallway. And someone obviously stole my package. Mind you there is a leasing office why wouldnt you leave it there. I am currently eight months pregnant and needed the package for that week and now I lost 150 and didnt receive my item. I never cried so hard in my life. This is my money that I worked hard for and someone else gets to enjoy it because the driver didnt make a conscious enough decision on where to leave someones damn package.

You people have no idea on how many variables there are to ensure your package gets delivered on time. Street , Ave , rd circle are all crucial information on delivering a package. I get at least 3 packages a day without that information. Am I to assume which one it goes to? Even a zip code with one wrong digit will send a correctly addressed package to another city or town. Then theres penmanship. Some of the writing looks like hieroglyphics. Slow down a little when filling out an airway bill. Your all arm chair quarterbacks. Theres a reason that I make 100 grand a year and not just because of the Union. You do your part when filling out the information and Ill do my part on getting you your package on time. When one is missing information or has a problem, it goes to the bottom of the list. I concentrate on the peoples packages that took an extra second to make sure the information is correct and legible.

I didnt know if I was going to be home at the time it was going to be delivered, so I requested signature release. I was home at the time though. I went out 7 minutes after it said it was delivered and it was not there or anywhere near the building. There were 2 times I did get packages from DHL but didnt request signature release and I got my packages. The one time I requested signature release is the the one time I didnt get my package. I 100% believe that the DHL driver decided to keep my package. Thanks for taking the package that was my birthday gift to myself. If youre that same boy that delivered my other packages, I dont know what the hell you gonna do with my bra and panties that I was suppose to get from figleaves unless youre a weirdo. That bra is not gonna fit your ribcage, if you wanted to dress up as a girl in lingerie.

Actually I want to give them ZERO star. I had a pick up service from 5pm-8pm. The staff called at 4:30pm which is not in the schedule time. He told me that I should drop the package to the nearby UPS store. I said the schedule time is 5pm and I dont think drop the DHL package to the UPS store works. He said ok, you should be there at 5:00. Just at 5:00, he called me again, I was in the elevator and ask him to wait me for just 1 minutes, he shouted to me that the cannot wait and hung up the phone! WTF!!! ITS so ridiculous!! NEVER! NEVER choose DHL again!! if you dont want let the DHL ruined your day, choose another company please!!!

worst service i have ever dealt with. You really need to come up with a better system to keep customers happy. I was told for 2 days now that my package was being delivered that day. Not a single person told me I had to pay a fee first. For 2 days have been told it was on the truck for delivery. I now have missed a deadline and am out a bunch of money because you couldnt have told me that from the start. You just lost a bunch of business. Good job

Called DHL because my package was supposed to be delivered on Friday by end of day. Sent package expedited.. Spoke with two Reps and neither could give me an answer both told me that I guess Ill just have to wait until Monday then. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and the supervisor said we will use this as a coaching opportunity and sorry that Ill have to wait til Monday, even though they said it would be delivered today.

Their customer service needs some work. They dont answer the phones like that which isnt good. But I jus call the dhl main customer service number and there is always someone there to talk. I decided to do a pick up at the location which is excellent. Fo anyone else I think its better if u do pick up at location rather than delivery

Horrible service, pathetic reps, complete lack of communication. The CEO should be regarded as an abomination to the entire mankind. How is this company still in business? If you have an enemy, just send them a DHL parcel, youd have your revenge as DHL will suck his/her soul in getting the package delivered.

I got a delivery on a day that I was sitting at home all the time. However, my family was back and brought me a tap note for the delivery. I had been sitting all day and waiting for it. No one ever knocked the door or rang the bell. I was not the only one at home. Is that how DHL sending their package?

Very bad service, the worest service in the world. They can ask anybody to sign the name before the delevery. Never check the ID. My package was signed by an unknown person, and it can not be found.

customer service is pathetic, no one picks up the phone. Atleast provide a number that someone attends. Employees are usually sitting in offices and no one is at the front desk, so frustrating.
