If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NEVER EVER use FedEx again. Ive never had problems like this from UPS. And I guess I will forever stick to UPS and tell my family and friends to save themselves the headaches and do the same. Package was set to arrive Wednesday. Was home all day, looked online and saw apparently driver "attempted to deliver package" except no phone call and no door tag?? I went to a FedEx location later that day and was told I had to call the 800 number and they could drop it off at a pick up location. Well apparently only the SENDER can change the pick up location. So the next day I was prepared to go outside and wait from the 8-1 arrival window they gave me. I check online and apparently at 7am the driver "attempted to deliver package" except ONCE AGAIN no call, no door tag. And may I also state: NOT EVEN IN THE TIME FRAME. I went online and Live Chatted with a "Debbie M" who, on top of taking 10 minutes to respond each reply, termed the conversation halfway through without warning ("Your live chat session has ended"). Without any other choices left, I called the sender of the package and attempted to have the sender-company help me in resolving the shipping issues I was experiencing. The conclusion was my package would be left at a Walgreens as a drop off location. 2 hours later I had a missed call... the driver had ended up coming by, rang the buzzer, left a door tag. [[[After receiving a notification at 7... after calling the sender and setting up that drop off/pickup situation... the driver ended up coming by anyways (or again? I dont even know at this point)?!?!]]] I am writing this review before even knowing if my package will be available for pickup at Walgreens tomorrow because I am too upset with FedEx to even trust them. Too many mistakes and awful customer service this far.

Honestly, this experience was enough for me to only have things shipped by USPS or UPS. I ordered wine for holiday gifts that required an adult signature. I specifically had it sent for a Saturday so my wife and I would be home. We were there all day (because of course they dont give a window). At 7:56pm, the tracking updated saying "nobody was home" while we were home all day. In fact, at the time, my wife was in the front yard with our dog! Thus, I could not present a family member (whom I was seeing only on that Sunday) with their Christmas present. After speaking with FedEx global customer service, I was assured it was coming on Monday. Again, because of the 21+ signature requirement, my wife and I both opted to work from home for the day. Twice during the day I was assured it was coming (although it was already past the 10-3 window). By 7:15 the site updated to say it would be delivered on Tuesday. When I called the generic number, it confirmed Tuesday. I followed up by calling customer service and their client advocate team who were apologetic but not helpful. As I was arguing, it was delivered in a non FedEx van. I honestly dont know if it was the drivers fault...Im inclined to think it isnt. It seems FedExs systems and specifically the West Bridgewater facilities have no actual tracking or work ethic. I feel bad for the drivers...they should work for a competitor.

Waiting for a package where my tracking number said that was no one at home, my wife is home 7 days a week, I asked to be held at my local Fedex office 44 granite st, Braintree MA. After all day awaiting to find out that was out for delivery again and was never dropped off at the office requested and now is back at West Bridgewater facility, now what would the excuse be knowing that my local office is open from 7am-11pm, you are going to tell me that they did ring the bell and no one came out...you guys are the worst.

Terrible. My new bed was set to arrive on a Saturday morning. The driver showed up and made no attempt to reach me. The doorbell never wrang, no phone call, Im convinced he never even arrived. I work Mon-Fri and need a Saturday delivery because it requires signature. I was told by customer service the bed could be picked up Tuesday, but theres no way for them to directly contact a driver. Are you you for real? Using UPS forever.

They delivered at early morning at 8am when my business usually open at 10:00. they missed one and should see the business hours and deliver after 10am next time. but they still deliver at 8am on the second time. then I made a call to change the deliver time such as 11am, but they said that the only way to get right now is to pick up. right now I need to drive over half hour to pick up.

I waited over a week for my package to come. A little over a week ago I ordered something with 2 day shipping. The tracking stated the my package was being delayed. I was supposed to get here this Monday, then the tracking updated to Wednesday, then Thursday and now its supposed to come next Monday. However, Steve at the West Bridgewater was a big help when we discussed my package.

I just received my package today.(10/21/2015) at 1:15pm.The FEDEX carrier knock on my door.Didnt wait for me to answer door.Left my package at the front door to my apartment.Good thing I opened the door and found my package still there.Supposed I didnt opened it.Someone would have stolen my package.Poor customer service.I paid money for that package.Does FEDEX care? I think not.

Can I give less than 1 star ? The traking said that 2 packages were delivered at 8:35 pm on a Saturday , called the customer non-service number on Sunday morning they told me the same thing , the funny thing is I was waiting for the packages all afternoon and evening and no delivery at all . Now I have to wait 24-36 hours for an answer from these f+++ing liers.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a package delivery. They dont even deserve the one star but I had to leave a star so I could write a review. They lost my package and after two weeks and multiple phone calls they finally told me what I needed to do didnt get the replacement for over a month. Avoid West Bridgewater FedEx at all costs

Our driver is so wonderful and leaves our packages by the door - AND does not speed down our dirt road unlike other package delivery services!

Claimed they came to my house 3x but no dog tag was left. Now I have to go pick it up in a different city. BS
