I am so shocked that FedEx is still in business with such a poor customer service. The drivers are absolutely incompetent, not all - but it only takes a few to ruin the reputation of the company. I had an overnight package, a medication that was not delivered day 1, because the driver apparently does not know how to use the intercom in an apartment building! Second day I stayed home all day waiting for the second delivery attempt, hoping that the medicine will not be spoiled (has to be iced, hence overnight delivery) I finally check the tracking progress only to find out that the driver left my building 10 minuted earlier, saying that the "business was closed, customer not available" or something like that. Again - all drivers have a code to get in - UPS, Amazon - no one ever has an issue getting into our building. If the code does not work, they call the apartment! FedEx guy - did not even bother to use the intercom to call me, so I could open the door or even come down to get the package. Such BS! I am home waiting for the package and he refuses to use intercom?! Blows my mind - the incompetence, the laziness, the complacency! Called the company and they say I have to go get it myself or wait until tomorrow for the third last attempt at delivery. Why bother? Why redeliver - if the driver refuses to make any effort to get in?! There were two tags on the door, for two days, different apartments - he just does not bother to use intercom! He will never deliver the packages! And now I have to get it myself? What if I do not own a car. Just ridiculous. I will no longer buy if a company uses FedEx for shipping.

A courier from this station delivered two packages to my old house in Brockton where I used to live 3 years ago; the house was boarded up! THE COURIER DELIVERED PACKAGES TO A BOARDED UP HOUSE!!!!!??? What they were supposed to do was take it back to the station to a CSA. The CSA would then try to get in contact with me, or get in touch with the shipper. Totally shocked, the courier didnt care one bit or was just too lazy to do a little extra in this situation.

Wait at home all day putting off other errands for this package. FedEx guy leaves a Door Tag on the outside door of the apartment building around 2:18. I find out at 2:28 because I checked the tracking number. Call FedEx. They say "Sorry, well have him attempt again." Annoying, but fine. Just got a call back saying that hes already back for the day so theyll deliver it tomorrow (when Im not here) or I can go pick it up. Seriously!?

Driver was in front of my house inside his truck yesterday and I was waiting for my delivery at the door. When I saw he left I was like thats weird and when a check the tracking it says that the delivery was rescheduled because there was no one to sign.

BAD, my door bell rang for less than 5 seconds before I pressed the OPEN button, but no package, just another flyer. If you dont want to wait even for 5 seconds, dont do this business.

Do not knock or wait a reasonable time when they have a package that needs a signature. 3 attempts - I was inside the house all 3 times, never heard them!
