I dont usually write reviews but this really has me upset. We ordered our 5 year old his first powerwheels ever. He was so excited and everyday while it was being shipped asked when it would be there. At the same time we ordered a spare battery so he could double his fun. The battery was set to be delivered Wednesday, March 1. It was marked by the driver as delivered and left by the front door. Great! Except it wasnt there. A day later our neighbor came and gave it to us. No big deal, stuff happens but we got the battery. The powerwheel itself was meant to arrive that Friday and I was a little worried but figured with such a big package, he would be more careful to check the address. So on friday evening, the package should have arrived but hadnt, I tracked it online, which stated it had been "left in or by the garage". Well that was upsetting considering I do not have a garage or anything that resembles a garage. After speaking with customer service, that matter was basically left up to me to go knock on my neighbors door and try to get my package. Well, that was Friday, it is now Monday and my neighbors have yet to return home. I am now left with a devastated 5 year old who cant completely comprehend why we cant just go into the neighbors garage and take it. The customer service rep said her supervisor would call to follow up and that has yet to happen.

Very dissatisfied with UPS Store. Had a package out for delivery the other day. Never had this problem before but the package wasnt delivered and they left a notice. Usually they leave it there considering there are 24 hr cameras where Im at. Gave them a call and they tried to set me up to do it online and yada yada. Asked the rep. that I need them to deliver it in the foyer of my apartment area. They said I would have to put "front door"... Well it isnt a front door. I asked if there was any way to add notes to the driver other than "front door" they told me there wasnt. Thats just one issue they need to address. So I called back saying ill come pick it up. They close at 730 pm. it was 630. I was told that I would need to give them a number and they would call back in a hour. Told the rep. thats not going to make any sense to try then especially if I can find time off work. Then I ask when do they open. I was told 330pm...? Really? so I work in the afternoon and they open at 330pm to pickup. Very big inconvenience for people who work late shifts. UPS needs to change the way they work to fit all their customers and make their website a bit more user friendly for customers and drivers.

Very, Very dissatisfied with this UPS store. 1. Tuesday, paid for 2nd daydelivery, 2. tracking on Thursday indicates "Weve incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay" 3. o On Friday tracking indicates: Arrival Scan Dover , NH - Thursday, June 30, 2016 11:25 pm then - Departure Scan - Chelmsford, MA - Friday, July 1, 2016 12:57 am - then - Arrival Scan Chelmsford, MA - Friday, July 1, 2016 3:00 am, then - Departure Scan Manchester, NH -Friday, July 1, 2016 4:35 a.m. So why in the world when a package is destined for 2nd day delivery to Carlsbad, CA did the package get shipped from Dover, NH - to Chelmsford, MA and then back to Manchester, NH. so far the package has spend 3 days going all around Robin Hoods barn and hasnt even gotten half way across the country. The recipients of this package will not get this package prior to being on a plane on Sunday!!!!! Very Very dissatisfied with this store!!!!!!!!

Grr. I contacted customer service before heading out to verify they handle packaging at the Dover UPS center because I need to double-box some computer equipment (a large monitor) for shipment and customer service assured me that theyre equipped to do that at the Dover UPS center. Contrary to what customer service told me, they do not handle packaging there unless your item is really small- they told me go to U-haul to get a box. What the heck! I called customer service first to verify I could handle everything there. They blame UPS customer service because "theyre there not here." More WTH! Their customer service should connect you to the customer service counters at the local centers and hubs and not just lie to you.

Checked my tracking information at 11am, package was out for delivery. At 2pm I checked the tracking information again, and the driver had put first attempt made. I was home all day waiting for this package, not only did the driver not come to my house, he didnt leave a sticker. I called UPS and the woman laughed at me and said she had spoken to the driver who stated he was at my house. I waited ALL day for my fiancé military dog tags to be delivered, just to be called a liar! I will never use ups again! FedEx wouldve never lied about attempted delivery, and a manager wouldve never laughed at a customer!

Not a good idea to leave a 113lb open box on the front lawn when we sent young family member down to direct driver to leave it in shed next to driveway. We called customer service to report, was on hold forever, finally got to customer service and reported then put back on hold and basically told they couldnt do anything about it until Monday. We had to get our own hand truck and pick it up and take it in damaged box as left to shed.

Always great service here. Bonnie, in particular, is always cheerful and helpful. Most of the negative reviews dont reflect on the store itself or the employees that work there. Realistically, UPS almost always does a good job of delivering what they promise, but when a company is delivering literally millions of packages all over the country each day, there will occasionally be some minor inconveniences.

In general UPS and other carriers do a great job almost all the time. Is anyone else scratching their heads while reading some of these low star reviews? I cant help but think about the abject struggle faced daily by hundreds of thousands of people in cities such as Aleppo and the multitude of other places around the world. Perspective...

My $800 purchase has been riding around on a UPS truck from Dover since 4:45 this morning. I live in Rochester, ten minutes from where UPS is located. I realize drivers have routes, but I am disgusted that my expensive item has taken longer to travel five miles from Dover to my house than it took to travel from Maryland to New Hampshire.

I ordered a present that needed my signature in order for it to be delivered. We were home all day and SAW the UPS truck drive right by. There was NO attempt made to deliver even though they claimed they had tried online. If youre too lazy to ring the doorbell then dont be a UPS driver!

Inconvenient hours, annoying automated customer service (that doesnt work) oh and lazy delivery workers that write off packages by saying no suite number EVEN WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERING TO A BUSINESS. Ordered 2-day shipping, its been over a week and still nothing.
