Horrible Business to deal with. I got a call this morning and I was advise that they will deliver my package today, I waited and wait and wait, I called back to the customer service line, I was advice the package was not delivered and that they will have it tomorrow. I dont understand why they called me to say it will be deliver, and after I call they have a different story. This kind of business are growing so much that they forget about the mission and vision. Small delivery companies are going to rule this business. FEDEX YOU GUYS SUCKS AND I WILLNOT LET ANYONE I KNOW TO DEAL WITH YOU INCOMPETENT BUSINESS!

Small package arrived in Edgartown 8/11/17 (Friday morning). Destination West Tisbury. Not there as of 8/15/17. "Expect by 8/16"?! Thats poor service.

Not sure what to do: They deliver to the barn in front of our house . I put up signs and unless I see them coming delivery to house does not happen.
