BEWARE: Its important to remember that these crooks will take your money and leave you high and dry. We shipped with them per the recommendation of a business. We were told to insure our package for $1000. When it arrived in pieces (after being packed by the Eureka Fed Ex store. We were told that because the recipient did not save the box we are out the money we spent on insurance and now have a broken piece of $1000 art glass worth nothing Now. This company is crooked as hell and ripping off the public. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Of all the Fedex locations Ive been to in my life, this location has an attendant who is just a ray of sunshine. Other Fedex locations are dismal, this one is pleasant.
