The wrongful conviction prevented me, LuQman Abdurrahman, to properly bury my mother in New York. The False writing of the Forgery of the Washtenaw County Circuit Court Judgment of Sentence to Prison No.81-15487-FY is of legal significance and the neglect to prevent the Fraud of Patricia J. Boyle in the neglect to prevent violation of MRPC Rule 3.8 Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor proves the above Judgment is false. The GAO Referral: 62272 on December 15, 2014, the Government Accountability Office made a referral on the wrong doing of an illegal payment by the United States Treasury to pay a former Federal District Court Judge named Patricia J. Boyle to commit the crime of Fraud on the Federal District Court in Detroit, Michigan. This illegal payment of the United States Treasury is an abuse of and waste of public funds: No court official in the above Federal District Court report the False 82-71077-DT Federal District Court Docket Card, the Fraud of Patricia J. Boyle to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. So this Administrator can have the United States Attorney General investigate and thereafter report the following: 1. The violation of Fed.R.Civ.Proc. Rule 79(b) not able to produce the existence of a court order from the retired Federal District Court Judge Patricia J. Boyle; 2. To cause termination of the False Records Keeping in the National Archives and Records Administration in Chicago, Illinois; to cause termination of the concealment of the Fraudulent Tax Return filed by Patricia J. Boyle; to cause termination of the concealment of the Bank Fraud that cause concealment of the Fraudulent Check paid the Washtenaw County Sheriff that cause the illegal abuse of public funds that allowed LuQman Abdurrahman to reside in the Washtenaw County Jail; to cause termination of the False Records Keeping of the Michigan Auditor Generals, the Michigan Secretary of State. Since the Attorney as Michigan House of Representative Michael Nye cheated LuQman Abdurrahman out of a Demand For Public Hearing: The Attorney Galal Elkholy served the above Michigan House of Representative the Demand For Public Hearing in February, 1993. The innocence of LuQman Abdurrahman is and has been on the Washtenaw County Prosecutor, the Michigan Department of Attorney General did nothing to prevent the Fraud of Patricia J. Boyle. The above state officials had an obligation to prevent the Fraud of Patricia J. Boyle by preventing the violation of MRPC Rule 3.8 Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor. (a) The prosecutor in a criminal case shall refrain from prosecuting a charge that prosecutor know is not supported by probable cause. The failure to prevent the Fraud of Patricia J. Boyle cause the Forgery of the Washtenaw County Circuit Court Judgment of Sentence to Prison to prove LuQman Abdurrahman has no legal conviction and no legal sentence to prove LuQman Abdurrahman is innocent. LuQman Abdurrahmans oath is under 28 U.S.C. Section 1746 under the penalty of perjury the foregoing is true and correct. The signature is any signature on file in the United States Department of Justice that can identify LuQman Abdurrahman. The Michgan Department of Attorney General, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor Office can use same. The executed date is the date of this send message.
