Dont see the point in these complaints. The staff has been friendly and answered all my questions so far. They do state they are a 24 hour gym, but it also clearly states all over the place, including right here online at the hours tab, that the 24 hour access is only for the weekdays, starting from 5 a.m. Monday - 9 p.m. Friday. The weekends are a different, still having hours, but also closing at the end of each night. I have not been misinformed by any staff, they made sure I knew that too. It is cheap which is amazing, and you get what you pay for. There may not be a pool or hottub or any of that, but who really cares at this point. The gym does what it is supposed to do, help people get in shape. They range in pretty much EVERYTHING inbetween their weights and machines, so you can do all your different workouts and parts of your body. They have a really nice locker room, that which even includes personal showers for the guests. There is also a "Black Card Spa" area for black card members, that which includes tanning beds, massage chairs and hydro-massage beds, as well as body toning and enhancement booths, so members can still get to relax, even without a hot tub or such. People who are dissappinted, I suggest touring the facility before getting a membership, and dont be afraid to ask questions, as well as do your own research and look on their site. I have a blast working out here every day after work. I especially love the total body enhancement and the hydro massage. There is an extremely friendly environment with all the people that go. The only complaint I have is the staff. They are friendly if you walk up and have a question, and they are pretty knowledgeable on anything you need to know. But other than that they tend to avoid eye contact. It may just be that Im a customer service manager and think that eye contact and a smile, no matter if the person has a question, are extremely important

We were lied to when we initially registered with Planet Fitness. We knew we were only going to be able visit the gym regularly for a maximum of 3 months as both my husband and I do seasonal work. The manager who registered us in Anderson Indiana said that our black card membership did not entail a cancellation fee. When we cancelled 3 months later we were told there was a $58 cancellation fee for black card members, but no cancellation fee for basic members, who pay less! Planet Fitness that is ludicrous.

Could use more ab and core machines...no pool or jacuzzi or sauna, even for the privileged members. Not enough trainers, only a one hour envelope to meet with them (and the one they have cookie cutter thoughts about how you should train...dont take into account I am still rather new to exercise and I joined because there would be trainers for guides and inspiration!)...overall an okay gym with plenty of treadmills and a decent TV system for watching while working out.

This gym is great for a more relaxed, daily routine. The staff and no judgement attitude promotes friendly clientel that are everyone from sporty high schoolers to working professionals. Its very affordable month to month. Also they offer a great inclusive year long membership. Inside the large facility is trx, lifting machines, cardio machines, free weights, and a few extras. Dont forget to you bring your own towel.

The one thing I see they need is RECYCLING!!!! They even sell the dreaded water bottles that are killing our planet yet not one recycling bin. I see my other fellow eco warriors grabbing them from the sweat filled trash after their workouts....thank you warriors ♡ Otherwise I love this gym! Im hooked! I am on a long journey to my new self lots to lose and gain while attending this gym. Thank you planet fitness ☆☆☆☆☆

Went to sign up today with a friend, and was told that I had to hand over my bank routing number and account number to sign up. Why, I asked. I prefer to pay with a credit card or cash. I was told that its THE RULE. Well my rule is to NEVER allow other businesses to dip into my bank account. If theres no commitment required, why do I have to hand over personal information? Since when is cash not legal tender?

Its a great gym, just realize that to cancel you will either have to go in person or snail mail them. I"m giving a really low rating because after my move Im having to snail mail to close the deal. They have an online account system, they just dont allow you to cancel through it. Pathetic really.

They didnt have enough free weights, no bench press or squat rack that isnt part of a pulley system. With the equipment they do offer you can work out in so many different ways so that kinda makes up for the lack of free weights. For what you pay for, its great!

Ive been attending planet fitness every morning before work and I am very pleased with the staff and facility. The one thing I would like to see happen would be odwalla in your fridges this gluten free drink is all I need to get going in the morning.

Not as big as other Planet Fitness I have been to, but the workers are nice and friendly, the daytime manager is really cool. You can get a good workout without anyone judging or bothering you, location is good and gym is nice and clean.

False advertising!!! Drove 20miles last night to workout at the "24hr" planet fitness before going to work just to find out theyre only open 24hrs 3 days a week and not the 3 days Im off! Wish they would have told me before i signed up..

This place is a JOKE. It advertises that its open 24hrs but is closed by 9pm. As travelers, we are dissatisfied about this false information because we wasted time and money to get to this facility.
