The staff is awesome, they ALWAYS welcome you with an open greeting and a smile. The facility is spotless and the machines always in good working order. The locker rooms are very nice, clean and offer good showers and a sauna. Sometimes I just visit the place to get a restoring steam bath! The atmosphere is relaxed and helps building good relationships: Ive been training here for almost 4 years and met a lot of friendly people who became good friends.

This is a great gym. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful and the workouts are in tense. Definitely try the classes. Theyre challenging but a lot of fun. The best way to get in shape.
