It is a nice place very nice work out area but the locker rooms are very old but the owner says they will be updated within this year. Trainers are very friendly and the ones I have met are just wonderful and know what they are doing.the regulars are so nice they make you feel right at home. But my favorite part is you dont feel judged like your in a meat market while working out. I would definatly recommend coming and trying this place out I will be purchasing a membership as long as nothing except upgrades change!

Joined for Crossfit and happy to have a full gym to use when we miss Crossfit classes. Great sauna, awesome indoor pool, and everything looks up-to-date and clean! Staff are super friendly and remember new members easily. We were worried the gym crowd might be stuck up, but they are very welcoming and helpful! This isnt 24 or Ca Fit, its better!

This club has new management and a attitude about their tennis program that should be a fresh new approach in the Sacramento area. The swim program has been excellent for years, but now the indoor pool has been updated and the fitness program has also made some great new additions including a Cross-Fit room.

My kids are active in the Rollingwood junior swim and tennis programs. Its so convenient for me to workout while my kids are doing their activities in the same place. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I think Rollingwood is one of the best family fitness centers in Sacramento area.

A small neighborhood club that offers all the fitness amenities most people need. The tennis courts are well kept and maintained. My only complaint is that there is only one racket ball court since all of the others have been converted to fitness studios.

Love love love being members here! Its not crowded, the classes are great and our family enjoys the pools! I have also held 2 parties there - they are an affordable and lovely event venue option!
