I take my daughter (14 months) to parent & child swim class. Overall great experience and friendly staff. The room and pool are kept at 86 degrees so we are comfortable. Only downsides- not a good "locker room" setup- so getting dressed after is tough especially with toddler. Maybe I am a prude, but I dont feel comfy undressing her in front of strange adults & kids on a shared bench. Other downside- other adults are allowed to watch classes. I am not a huge fan of men (dads presumably) watching class. Other than those downsides, very nice facility, staff and location overall!

Hands down best gymnastics! I went to tricks when I was a kid and I am so grateful I can have this experience with my daughter now. The staff is amazing, kind, helpful, patient, and there to answer any questions. The facility is always clean and the teachers are all so cheerful. My daughters teacher miss cassi is amazing. Kind, patient, and definitely mellow considering my kid does NOT listen lol! But the best part is my toddler looks forward to her weekly gym class and I couldnt be more grateful! Thanks tricks gymnastics!

I have taken my daughters to Tricks gymnastics in Folsom since they were 2. You can truly tell their number one focus is the kids. The themes and circuits they learn are perfect for their age groups. My youngest is in Miss Cassies class and is quickly progressing. She enjoys the playful atmosphere and all the new things she is learning. Miss Cassie makes the session a blast and keeps the kiddos right on target with what they are learning that day. Highly recommend!

The coaches genuinely care about children and very obviously love their job, which translates to a wonderful experience for the kids. My painfully shy 3 year old who typically hates people LOVES her teacher and her class. My special needs 4 year old is accepted and loved for who he is, and our 1 year old thinks her class is pretty much the best thing ever. The office staff is friendly and helpful in trying to co-ordinate schedules as much as possible.

We LOVE Tricks. Most professionally managed childrens program I have ever seen. Instructors are all top notch, loving, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Facility is clean, front office is organized and on top of things. We love the recreational gymnastics and have been there since preschool (three years). My daughter also tried swim and dance, and both were excellent, just not what she wanted to do. My daughter would go every day if we let her.

My daughter has been at Tricks now for about a year and a half, participating in both gymnastics and swim. Everyone here is very welcoming. The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic. The coaches are awesome, especially Miss Cassie and Miss Becca for gym and Miss Sydney for swim! We have made great friends and my daughter is receiving wonderful training. Everyone is like family. We are so glad to be here!

My daughters have been going to Tricks for six years, all the teachers are wonderful and LOVE the kids so much! My kids have gotten so much out of it and I am glad that I started them so young, still one of their favorite things to do every week! Office Staff and teachers are great. We have been to many birthday parties there also and they are always full of energy and a good time.

Tricks is Great! My daughter has been taking a tumbling class there for a couple of years! She loves it, its a small class group with lots of one on one instruction. They are very professional and personal at the same time. Additional treat- her name is the same as the instructor so she feels it even more personal!

My son has been doing swim lessons with Miss Sydney for over two months now. He loves it and has come so far already. He is so confident and comfortable in the water. He can swim by himself on noodles now or just with a life jacket. I would definitely recommend Tricks for your kiddos.

My son is in the toddler gym class with Miss Barbara Jo and swim class with Miss Sydney. Both are parent involvement and I love it. His attention span and listening skills have improved as well as his athleticism. Dont let the fun games fool you, theyre learning real skills!

Ive had two children enrolled in gymnastics and swimming for the past 6 yrs. My oldest graduated the swim program. Great small class sizes for good value. Instructors are incredibly patient, attentive, and well trained. My kids ask when they get to come back next.

My daughters went here for years and truly enjoyed it. We just had a birthday party for our 10 year old hosted by the excellent Miss Jennifer and had a terrific time. You cant go wrong with Tricks.

My grand kids love the the teachers here. They are only 2 and they are learning to follow directions from others, besides their mommies. And They are getting SOOOooo... agile.

Do not waste your time or money on this place. They hire people that are young and inexperienced at teaching. From swim to gym this place is a waste.

Great swim classes but horrible dance classes. The teachers in dance class dont provide kids learning environment, more looks like a play area.
