Amazing place and friendly staff. Took my 3 year old and 1 and a half year old for their first hair cuts. They had really long, curly, unmanagable hair. When you first walk in there is a really nice play/waiting area with a good sized slide. A really nice touch especially for our older son who came along. He has moderate autism and his stims didnt bother any of the staff which to us, is a HUGE plus. The chairs are cars which my boys loved. TVs are at each station with Netflix ready to go. My boys are screamers and they certainly yelled, cried and kicked but the staff was calm and quickly cut their hair. They did an amazing job and we will definitely be coming back.

Such a great environment for kids! My son (3 yrs old) hates haircuts but this place really helped him calm down. They take walk-ins and appointments, would suggest an appointment since there is no extra fee. My son was able to pick one out several little car seats they had. Once he sat down, they offered to put on something from Netflix so he can watch and be distracted. Then they proceeded to talk to him and let him know what they they were doing every step of the way. He was calm and was able to finish his haircut in record time! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who has trouble taking their kids for haircuts!

Our four year old has been dead-set against haircuts until today. We went to Cookie Cutters for the first time and got right in. Daughter sat in a car and watched Frozen, but there are plenty of other movie choices. Her trim was swift and she even received an Elsa braid, vanilla spray, and sparkles in her hair. Staff was amazing, patient, and helpful with product choices. The play area in the entry sets the tone for little ones that this is a happy place, not a place to be afraid of. We will for sure return!

Aloha! Cookie Cutters is new and a totally great place for the kids to have the haircut. We are totally satisfied with the haircut of my boys. Staff were friendly, helpful and really great with kids. They have a small place so far but roomy. The have a little play area inside and 6 cutting stations. Appointments can be necessary so keep that in mind. Totally awesome and happy the are here.

We took our son to Vanessa for his first haircut (outside of us trimming here and there) and she did a wonderful job. She was very patient and gentle, my son hardly even noticed her. He just had his snacks (that we brought) and watched the tv they had set up. As far as the quality of the haircut it was Way beyond our expectations. He looks adorable. We are never taking him any where else.

My son HATES haircuts. I always feel so bad for the stylists cutting his hair, but they are so patient here and are always willing to stick it out and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Always with a smile on their face. The play set in the front and the balloon and sucker are great perks too.

This place was ridiculously unprofessional. Staff was rude when i told them i was a walk in. Staff member rolled her eyes. I quickly asked if they dont take walk ins and if rolling her eyes at me was necessary. Strictly unprofessional. I walked out. Wont ever come back.

We used to visit Cool Cuts in Rancho Cucamonga its always busy and kinda run down. What made us come all the way to Cookie Cutters was Vanessa she is the BEST!!!!!.. Cookie Cutters by far is a nicer and clean location.
