We checked in for my son online way in advance with an estimated wait time Of 18 mins. We went there only to not show up on the online checkin list and the lady confirmed I checked in at the right location when I showed her my phone to confirm I had checked in. Then she just didnt say anything and looked to the other customer behind me and did nothing to help us or even explain why my sons name didnt show up. Dont go here. Rude and professional! Didnt see a lot of people and probably explains why the wait time was only 18 mins VS the other Great Clip locations nearby at more than hour wait time. I left laughing because they just lost more business.

No one here will tell you if they can do a particular type of haircut or not. If you dont have confidence in doing a particular type of cut then SAY SO. dont just jack up someones hair and take their money. Got a simple cut? No problem. THEY CANNOT DO FADES HERE. Do not believe them if they say they can.

I took my son for his hair cut before graduation and Audra did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what he wanted and she made it happen. My son said she was really friendly while cutting his hair too! Thats a plus.
