Wont be going back!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I paid for something I couldve had screwed up on myself. Walking in I was very CONCERNED about their overall experience working with SHORTER hair. I CONSTANTLY Asked the hairdresser how good was she with texturizing!? she replied, VERY GOOD, IM actually EXCELLENT.. ?? I NERVOUSLY proceeded. I SHOULDVE followed my gut instinct. SMH I asked for a simple trim. I ONLY need it the back of my neck cleaned. I STATED I was GROWING out my hair TO ACHIEVE a Long "A LINE" shoulder length. Walked in with a neck Long layered Bob. Left with a chopped unevenly pixie cut / halfway Bob Had terrible VISIBLE lines on the back of my head, as if she had mowed my hair! You called that TEXTURIZING!? more like skid marks on a raceway. She also shorten the front? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Why in the world would she do that!! When I clearly and repeatedly said, IM GROWING OUT MY HAIR specially IN FRONT to achieve the A LINE HAIRCUT. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET! I will admit theyre good listeners, great customer service, professional, nice and friendly, no complaints about that, but great qualities that doesnt JUSTIFY the BAD HAIRCUT! NO EXPERIENCE whats so ever. I knew it was a BAD CUT, I didnt notice how BAD it was until I got home. Adjusting mirrors all around my head for a CLOSER INSPECTION, I was TERRIFIED. Worst that a horror movie. PEOPLE PLEASE READ! READ! YOUR REVIEWS. As for myself, Lesson learned.

Im sorry but I had a very horrible experienece here. I went in for a wash and blow dry, you cant really go wrong with that but they did. I had just gotten out the shower so I told her dont bother with the was. I just wanted it blow dryed straight. She started at about 1030 and it was 1217 when I left. I do have long curly hair but if you knew what you were doing it would takr you that long for my hair. She hit me various times with her tools and hands. It was frizzy by the time she was planning on finishing so I asked her to use a flat iron. Initially she said it would be 25 and then decided to charge me 50 because she had to do both blow dry and flat iron. If she would have done it right the first time there would be no need to iron it. Then while she is doing my hair she is constantly helping other people when there were 3 stylist.

I checked in online(1 minute wait time), arrived at the location. I was ignored and not greeted and stood at the counter for five minutes. The manager seemed more interested in her conversation with someone who was waiting for their other to finish their cut. By the way they were literally 2 feet away. Finally 1 of the other girls stops cutting a customers hair to come and see if needed to check in. The manager finished her convo and then calls someone else for their cut ( I was next) 1 of the stylists even commented to her that I was next and I was still skipped. I was called and had my hair cut by Sarah who was very nice and did a great job. She is the only reason I gave any stars. No one likes being ignored and skipped what is the point of the online check in then.

I started going to Great Clips about 3 years ago. Other than one time (they fixed it free of charge), I have never had a bad haircut since. Im the type of person that changes up my hair style constantly. Whenever I go in for a new cut, I always provide photos with various angles so that if I cant describe something I can at least show the stylist what I mean. I always ask for Sara when I go in for a cut, she is absolutely amazing! I wouldnt trust anyone else but her with my hair, the other stylist are fantastic as well but Sara is very versatile and whether I want to keep my hair long or completely shave off the sides, she always does a great job.

I went here for a simple trim so i really didnt think anything could go wrong. I have medium-short hair and i asked for it to be right past my shoulder and texturized.... then next thing i know i have this awkward fringe?!?!? ISNT THE FIRST RULE IF HAIR CUTTING 101 TO NOT DO SOMETHING THE CUSTOMER DIDNT ASK FOR?!? When i said i didnt want the fringe she said that it gave my hair more style and that it was part of the layering....BULLSHIT. i didnt wanna make a big fuss about it but i cant believe this aldy messed up on a simple trim. Never going back here.

Yeah this place is horrible. Its always hit or miss but the people that really know how to cut hair I never see here more than 2-3 times. They always have someone new that doesnt really seem to know what they are doing. The place is clean and the people are nice, but it doesnt justify the less than satisfactory haircut.

I Will no longer stop here. for the past yr my haircuts have been terrible. no one knows how to give a fade. I always end up with steps on my fade. sometimes ill ho back in to get it fixed. and its gets worse. the people that do know hoe to cut hair never stay. everyone is friendly. im really disappointed..

This is where my son gets his hair cut. I took him in having never been there before and by using his mothers phone number they knew what cut he had previously gotten so it was easy to tell them what he needed. We were also in and out in just over ten minutes on a walk in.

Bad haircut overall. My hair is pretty simple. Lady cutting hair asked if she could use clippers instead. Neckline was not cleaned up whatsoever.
