I spent $100 over at the salon for hi-light and didnt get what I want. Very disappointed. He even refused to give me the new customer discount! The whole store always messy, low on stock and very poor customer service! Dont waste ur time here, their sale assistants will run away from customers & will try their best to stay away from customers who need help looking for things by pretending that they have to go to the back because they have other works to do... This happened wheb u hired bunch of uneducated, unskillful after high school girls to run the store. The one in Ontario Mills is the same. So i made my conclusion its this country area people that Ulta hired that make the store horrible.. Id recommend Ulta in Puente Hills tho. Theyre very professional, cheerful & super helpful! They have a lot of well organized items in stock too & u just know why...they have a great team of staff in there!

Dont ever let Carrie in the salon do an undercut desogn for you. I took in a pic of what I wanted and ended up paying $30 for something that didnt look anything like what I wanted. I was so upset and disappointed. I finally found the guy that did the undercut in the pic that I took in and and he is going to fix it now that its finally grown back out. Funny thing is that Carrie was so proud of what shed done and brags about being able to do good undercut designs. She butchered my hair.

I spent a lot of money a few years back to have this lady with ugly green hair completely ruin my hair by over bleaching it, I had to cut over 5 inches of my ends which ended up looking like green straws, I called the manager to complain and he had me go in for a color correction with another styler, she did a good job, wish I would have had her the first time, needles to say I never went back. Thats what happens when you just let anybody do your hair.

Horrible customer service..hassle exchanging product I had receipt for! Management acted as if they were bothered because I didnt like product..she was rude and I chose to jus get refunded instead of exchange. Ive spend hundreds of dollars at ulta and never felt this unhappy at any other location! I will never go back to Victoria Gardens Store! Poor poor service. I would of gave it no stars if I could still leave review!

Never has anything Always out of stock. Few Employees i had to search everywhere to find someone to help me. Have gone to ulta in upland more than 6 times after visiting this one in rancho to get products i need. I dont know why i even keep going to this one, maybe because i live closer to this one but still not worth the waste of drive there. Im a platinum member so i make regular purchases but this ulta is no good.

Very rude and aggressive. This worker made fun of my dermatologist recommendations and continued to laugh about how bad my acne was. They need to learn as a staff how to treat and talk to customers. It is unacceptable and rude. I will never go back here again. But the Upland ulta is way better!! The Upland store are engaging, polite, professionals and overall have way better customer service!

From what my wife has said, this is a great place to get make-up, shampoo, and a new hair straightener. For me, its a supremely well lit store with lots of perfume smells. But also, a great place to get the women in my life a birthday or Christmas present. The staff here are very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love this place. Great variety of skin, makeup & hair products . The only negatives are the absorbantly high prices, the customer service could be better & they could try being less stingy with the samples especially when everytime I visit I end up spending a good amount of money.

I agree with the comment about the customer service. I stopped shopping at this Ulta a couple years ago because I was never greeted when I walked in and the employees always acted inconvenienced when I asked for help. When Im at the VG, I shop at Sephora or I just go to the Upland Ulta.

Every time I go to this ulta there is either rude customer service or a problem with something . Today went to make an exchange with all items and receipts that I bought yesterday and it was such a hassle. Rather drive th distance to another one than come back to this one.

I dont even know but this store is never stocked up, very limited selection and majority, not all, of the employees are extremely rude and passively condescending. Either walk a few minutes down to Sephora, or visit any other ulta besides this one.

Horrible customer service.... felt like I was rushed with my color match for make up and then handed the wrong compact as the girl proceed to go see her boyfriend that had just walked in .... never shopping at this location again !!!!!

The store needs to be aduitted asap ! Everything is out of place , mixed up , and broken ... they didnt have any sponges , or spoolies .. maybe the holiday was hectic for them , but it should be someones job to organize the store ...

I just left there I will never go back. People was telling me that I look good now that tells you that they know nothing about makeup because my face looks terrible I dont have a lot of time now I have to do my makeup myself

Messy, not as clean or well-maintained as the one in Upland. The staff are not helpful. This location also does not carry Julep.
