I had great service and got a good haircut so that was okay but I am super irritated with their return policy on products. I spent $30 on 2 products that I planned to give as a gift. The gift didnt work out because the friend I had planned to give it to only uses the hair products that she makes. So when I tried to return the products so that I can use that money to get her something else, they wouldnt return the products for me even though I had a receipt, the products were unused and unopened and I just bought them 3 days ago. I tried at 3 different locations near my house in Upland. I got the products in Menifee and theyre saying that I can only return them there. I think its ridiculous to drive all the way to Menifee to return something to a store that is in walking distance of my house. Nobody has time or money for that and it is very inconvenient.

For the price (~$15 but there are always good coupons), they give very good haircuts. I did have one nightmare cut but that was because I have them the wrong directions and they did exactly what I asked - so make sure youre very specific and sure on what you want. Every other time, Ive been very satisfied with my cut and gotten complimented. Theyre very nice and helpful people. Theres not much decor - it goes for a modern look but doesnt quite make it - but who cares? Youre there for a haircut, and on that, they deliver.

Very pleased with my cut, visit, and stylist. Made sure to check their wait time online so I didnt have to wait, though you can reserve your spot online. Brooke was great: very knowledgeable and friendly. Love the system they use. Even without a coupon, their prices are awesome. Highly recommend this place!

I only give 1 star because zero stars wasnt an option. The worst haircut ever!!! Those dumb ladies didnt listen to what I wanted and screwed up my sons haircuts. Now I have to pay double to fix their mess. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!

The price is cheap but the barber wasnt quite experienced enough to cut my hair correct. Ill continue to take my son here but Ill look elsewhere
