Regularly bad haircuts unless you know who to go to. Im not sure if policy recently changed, but before you couldnt request a barber through online check in. If you can now, Binh is great, so if you have to go here, Id go to him. Leaving this review due to a bad experience admittedly. I came in as a walk-in and requested Mike. Mike had to leave but that wasnt told to me, so I had to wait for Mike to finish up his haircut so he could explain that he was leaving and he passed me along to a different barber. So I waited for this other barber, Louis. He finished up and then an online check-in customer came in so he cut his hair instead. It was just about empty, so Im not entirely sure why this person couldnt go to another stylist? Again, Ive previously been told that you couldnt request a specific barber online. Nearly 40 minutes since I walked in and I just wanted a hair cut from someone I could trust. I decided to leave and will not continue to give this place my business. Maybe a series of unfortunate events? I dont care to try my luck here anymore.

Do not EVER get a haircut here. My girlfriend and I went here for a haircut for her and first of all, they didnt wash her hair at all, just sprayed it a couple times with a bottle. Next, the hairdresser is insulting my girlfriend saying how she got a cheap haircut and how dry her hair is. The hairdresser barely knows what she was doing - I couldve guessed that she got her hair cut by someone blind. The layers were all messy and the bangs were very uneven and messed up. There was no question that this was the absolute worst haircut that she had ever gotten. Me and her are fairly reserved, but my girlfriend still said, "you messed up my bangs really badly" and the hairdresser blamed it on her "dry hair." To top it all off, my girlfriend pays with a $20 bill and when the hairdresser gets her change, she originally has a 5 in her hand, but then doubles back to the register and gets 5 ones instead and holds 3 in one hand and 2 in the other, holding them out to her suggestively. Needless to say, we took the 5 ones and just left without a word.

I am very displeased with the haircut that I just received at this Great Clips location. I have gone to that location more than 5 times over the past year and half, and had received the same haircut style, no problems until today. The haircut style had been stored in the computer, ever since the first time I went there. It specifically says "1 1/2 inch top", however the stylist thought it was something else and basically cut ALL MY HAIR OFF within a few minutes. I paid full price for a three minute haircut that I didnt want and was told it would grow back in two weeks. She then gave me a hug which I also did not want. I am very disappointed and upset over what happened.

the first time i went here i asked for a simple small mohak and it turned out to be on one side of my head. just utterly terrible. even when i asked if they knew how to cut mohawks. They assured me "yes we do...of course". I ended up going home and shaving my hair all off after wasting 15 bucks. the second time, i thought i would give it a shot again...i asked for a simple fade and again the leveling was completely off and ugly. had to shave it all of again. i will never go here again. its so terrible. i wish they would go out of business. i hate it ... i hate it...i hate it... i hate you all!!!

They did it again. This is my 3rd time leaving this place without a haircut. I checked in online and then waited 30 minutes to get the stylist I asked for. In the meantime, he had two people who got there after me. When I checked with them, the answer was”hell be with you shortly!!!??". Same story again, and not even an apology. The customer service sucks. Ill never go there again and will advise all of friends and community do the same thing.

Great clips is ONLY good if you get the korean lady who owns the place, everyone else sucks there. The vietnamese guy who cut my hair their used clippers on the top to get it done fast, he didnt even use his scissors ONCE. These people suck and dont care about college students hair. The korean lady actually uses scissors, but in turn shes not even that great either... lol.. If your looking for a good job, dont go here

Some of the stylists in this shop are ridiculously terrible at haircuts, i would give this place 0 stars if possible. I showed the lady a picture of how i wanted it to look, but she ignored it and put it away and just started chopping off hair with the razor. No sense of style. Even at the end she didnt clean up the back and left a mess of hair on my arms, down my shirt, and just everywhere - crap service.

i went twice. The first one it was not that bad but this second time the girl that she is nor asian nor mexican it was horrible... I received the worst service ever i had in a hairdresser... ahe didnt told me a word and was super rudm I wpuld not recommend this place. NEVER and then she said to me to gave her a tip... incredible... worst hairdresser this girls.

I have had good experiences going to Great Clips. I dont require any styling or fancy cuts, I simply go in to get my dead ends cut every 3 months. The people here are friendly, get you in quickly, and dont charge you the ridiculous $40-60 prices the local salons would charge for the same thing. If you just need a trim, I would say you are safe to go here.

I have been coming here for 3 years. I have never received a buzz cut because I have never asked for one. Before I get my haircut I tell them to use only scissors and give me a trim. They tidy up my style and are as good as any place where I have paid twice as much. You get what you ask. Simple as that.

Ok, Im going to give this place the benefit of the doubt, Im used to actual barber shops...but when I ask for a simple fade, and get an atrocity instead, I have to leave a review. Overpriced, unable to perform simple haircuts....come on, $15 for a nightmare? I dont think so. I suggest staying away.

I think this place is fine for the price. On par with other low cost hair places. Seem to do basic cuts fine, though sure if you want a fancier style that needs to be exact then go somewhere a bit more expensive and experienced in advanced hair styles.

Elly (Ellahe) has done great hair-cut for me today including nice reception which showed customer respect. Hope the owner or her supervisor acknowledge my comment and recognition her work by necessary action if possible.

Great haircut. Check-in time said 16 minutes but got in right away. Patricia did an awesome job and gave great options of what she could do while she was cutting my hair. Great experience. Will definitely go back.
