When I came here before, the wait was long because they were understaffed. When I just called ahead to ask how long it would be for a haircut they couldnt tell me, and told me to check in online. Um, Im driving. How about you check me in over the phone, like all your competitors do? Learn how to do business Great Clips.

Whole family has been going here for years. We use the app and rarely wait more than a few minutes. Staff changes regularly, but they are always pleasant. Cuts seem pretty consistent. Basic stuff for me.
