They store instructions on their data base of how you like your haircut. They failed to cut my sons hair correctly 3 consecutive times despite having written instructions. I mean its written down, how hard can it be? He is no longer using their service after the last time they couldnt follow simple instructions. Today I went in for a haircut and was patiently waiting for 20 minutes when a man comes in and says he set his appointment online. Lynn tells him he is 30 minutes late for the appointment he set, and will have get in line with the walk in customers. He complains and finally she tells him they will fit him in with the walk ins. Then a stylist comes available and and they call this guy who is 30 minutes late and skip over the rest of us who were waiting. We watch as he gets escorted in front of everyone. I thought it was very disrespectful the guy expected service despite showing up 30 minutes late. I found it even more disrespectful they catered to this guy and made every one else wait.i was appalled and walked out. I am no longer a patron of Great Clips as service and customer care are seriously lacking. I was a 10 year customer until today.

Went in to get a haircut around 1pm, thinking it wouldnt be too busy, and I was right, only 2 other people were there. The stylist took a long time getting my information entered and this should have been the first red flag. She told me to take a seat and it would be just a moment, then took another customer back to cut her hair. After 10 minutes, they were still discussing what the customer wanted. It was at this point that I realized that this was THE ONLY STYLIST. She neglected to tell me that not only was she alone, but it would take at least 30 minutes for her to be ready for another customer. Two more people walked in and were told just to sit down, still no mention of the now hour+ wait theyd have to endure. Hilariously, there are other reviews that also mention the one stylist thats on duty. How do you run a 12-seat haircut place with 1 employee? Laughably unprofessional, never going back here, clearly the owner doesnt learn from their mistakes or listen to feedback.

I never looked this bad after a hair cut.. Too expensive for mens cut. A bit of background, I went for hair cuts At various places in charlotte, nyc, San Diego and lake Forest over last 13 years By far lake Forest is most expensive with 16$! I dont mind the price, I knew it before i walked in. I usually pay 10$, least being 3$ though. But for 16$, a balding guy like me must atleast deserve a clean place to sit! Combs were lying in hair before being used on me.. The sheet was not fresh, had lots of hair on it before being wound around me. I tolerate... I asked her for a medium short cut with sides boxed and squared... She went about doing her job but this is the worst output....i never looked this bad after a hair cut By the way.. Be ready for multiple interruptions during your cut session!

I highly, very highly, recommend Chong. I had my hair cut, for free over Veterans Day Weekend 2016. My hair was in an inbetween stage of a short bob with layers and the next stage of growing it out long. Chong cut my hair in a manner to ensure that as the layers grew out, it would still look amazing. And she did as she promised! I havet had my hair cut since then and my hair still looks great and grew out the layers without looking choppy. Thank you Chong! Thank you Great Clips, for employing such an amazing stylist! I am particularly amazed because my hair is so straight and fine. It was even and clean!

I went in for a quick hair cut, and told the hair stylist exactly what i wanted, She asked me how much shorter, when i told 1 inch, she took a razor and took off 1 inch and did not even give a touch up to make the hair look uniform. After that asked her to maintain the same hair cut and she did not understand it completly.She made the hair wet to cut and would not blow dry it later, saying she wants 30$ more. Horrible service, none of them have good professional experience with hair. Its a complete rip off. I would not go to this place again.

I waited while two of the hair stylists were on their phones, apparently they didnt know I was waiting. Their new management sucks, the new workers seem unprofessional. Old management was better, Ill give it another go for my next hair cut and see how it goes. Hopefully they improve. Asking each other who is next to cut hair is so unprofessional, made me feel unwanted there. Change this please, every stylist should be aware who comes in the salon ready to cut hair not try and pass it over to the next person.

Ive been going to this location for about 2 years now. I usually get a pretty consistent cut there for what I consider a rock bottom price. The stylists there are usually very friendly. Parking is always easy to find. I usually check myself in online, so have never waited more than 10 minutes.

checked in with app but doesnt appear to make a difference. seriously understaffed, only one "stylist" working. told there was 45 minute wait. left after 30minutes when told it would be another 45 minutes. second try this week.

The manager here (Lynn) is very professional, friendly and has always been very conscientious about doing a good job. She does a quality job!

There is one lady who is very unfriendly , who cuts the hair in like 5 min . It is a ripoff. I dont even think they are certfied .
