Ive been going to Toni and Guy at the Irvine Spectrum for several years on and off, mainly for convenience of location. Ive had a few good experiences, but mostly bad. This place is grossly overpriced for the services they provide. This last visit was the absolute worst! My appointment was at 7:30pm. I showed up at 7:20pm. I was told that she may be a few minutes late. I waited 45 minutes and my stylist still wasnt done with her previous client. At 8:15pm I left without getting my hair cut. I was very upset. Obviously my time is not as valuable as theirs. If the stylist was running late, someone shouldve called me at 7pm and told me. Another time I booked a hair cut appointment and after she cut my hair was told that it didnt include a blow dry! WHAT? I couldnt believe I paid $80 for a hair cut and it didnt come with a blow dry. Another time I had an appointment scheduled and less than 30 minutes before my appointment they called and said my stylist was running an hour late. At least they called this time but it was very, very inconvenient for me because I was looking forward to getting my hair cut and colored for an event the next day. The only reason I gave an extra star was because a few times I have had very nice stylists. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

My hair is thick and long (Asian hair) and when I called to make an appt, the receptionist asked me a few specific questions to direct me to the best stylist for what was looking to do. Julian is the absolute best! My hair was in need of some T.L.C and Julian was the best to give it exactly that. He definitely made great recommendations and kept my idea in mind and suggested some ideas along the way. I highly recommend TONI&GUY Hair Salon,. Also, hes really fun to chat with!
