Both of our daughters have gone to this daycare and have had a wonderful experience there. This is not the typical cold, impersonal daycare where kids watch a TV for hours on end. The provider and her staff are engaged with the children all the time in a fun home environment. The kids learn the alphabet, some chinese characters, sing songs and have arts and crafts projects. They learn to feed themselves, use the potty and wash hands. The provider speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I have spoken to other parents whose children attend this daycare and they agree that the provider maintains a warm and caring environment for their children. The provider informed me that one of the children have been found to be repeatedly scratching and biting other children. This reflects badly on the childs parents since they have not taught their child that this behaviour is unacceptable. When these parents were asked to leave the daycare, they wrote a negative review which is completely unwarranted and untrue. We wish only the best for this daycare.

Very bad place, the teacher keeps firing off her assistants and told the parents that her assistants were doing all kinds of bad things when she was gone. That made parents worried because the teacher herself keeps going out to run some personal errands and left the kids with untrustworthy assistants. These days she keeps changing assistants on a weekly or daily basis without telling parents and showing them the certification or background check of these assistants. She likes easy kids, if your kids are smart and active, do not send them there. She does not know how to discipline/teach them the right behavior, except complaining to the other parents and provoking disagreement among parents. There was once a time the facility was unexpected inspected by licensing people and she was found tying kids up during nap time. She told parents she corrected that behavior, but she started to coerce kids and told them to sleep in garage if they wont sleep during nap time. In general, avoid this place if you can.

This family childcare center is a perfect place for your little ones First step to the outside of your family. Low staff-student ratio would give your kid more attention than the big size daycare centers. my son was here more than one year, I am glad his changing. thanks for all of their works.
