BEWARE! Extremely disappointed in Sylvia the owner. After spending a great deal of money with her she turned my daughters hair Orange and would not return any of my calls or email when I called to let her know that my daughters beautiful brown hair went from Brown to an Orange color. I would of been more than happy to allow her to fix it, had she given me the respect of a return call, it has been several weeks, and still NO return call. This is NOT how you treat customers. I paid $200.00 to have my daughters hair dyed Orange. She obviously does not care! Very sad, as she is the owner!

I never even made it into the salon. I was on my way since my appointment was in 20 MINUTES, when I get a call from them and they tell me that they would have to push back my appointment 3 hours since the stylist got caught up doing a last minute wedding. I understand things happen, but to wait 20 MINUTES before my appointment to call and tell me(I was already on my way) is very unprofessional.

Best salon around. Love, Love, Love Sylvia. Im very particular about who cuts and colors my hair. First time Sylvia cut my hair, she knew exactly what I wanted and my haircut turned out fantastic and she hasnt stopped delivering quality haircuts and color since. The salon is always clean and the service excellent.

I have been a customer for almost 2 years. Sylvia is my star and cant imagine my life without her! Joking aside, I would recommend this salon wholeheartedly for quality of service and atmosphere, although the waiting time upon arrival can be a tad longer then desired at times.
