My experience woodnt justify rude but it wood justify incompetence. My experience began with a represenative stating she wood bring a medical package to me as soon as possible, for three weeks I depended upon the rep. and ultimately went to the office and got it myself. I continuelly had problems with direct deposit. Both the client and PRIDESTAFF displayed incompetence in their communication skills...tsk tsk tsk. Finally, my last payroll check also had problems being deposited. Given my previous experiences with PRIDESTAFF I called twice - got the runaround and told to wait...instead I went to the client ( who just let me go the previous week - *AWKARD* ). I obtained and took what was needed to PRIDESTAFF in order to be paid. Upon entering the office the represenative I dealt with stood and met me half way. The rep. explained she wood have to do what I already had in order for me to be paid and that I couldnt receive a check until Monday, as it wood be too late by the time she returned. I expressed my dissatisfication with her work performance and informed her, I already had did her job. I waited for a hour and was paid that day. **side note - she did wait to take her lunch until I had my check in hand.**

Overall the team got me working with in a week, so that is good. Although they have many jobs, the companys that they contract to are garbage and unprofessional. One of the ladys called me for a job I had previous had harassment issues with on a sunday, complaining that no one would work for this company and if I could take the job. I explained to her that the superviser had been treating all the temps like animals, cussing at them, and calling them bitchs. I told her I would, because I wanted to do the best I could, but I was afriad of how I was going to be treated. She assured me that the superviser would keep it professional. So I went to the job which consisted of unloading product for different starbucks. The driver was treating me like a slave and consistantly harrassing me. So I got out of the truck and walked home. The superviser did apologize, but they are contracted to many companys simliar to this one. I would recommend volt or kellys, much more professional.

PrideStaff is one of the best staffing agencies Ive recently worked with. Their staff is very persistent, professional, and they always follow up in a timely manner. I had the pleasure of working with Alley and she did a fantastic job in helping me get placed with a great company in Fresno. She helped set up a phone interview with a potential employer and it didnt go very well for both the employer and myself. I gave her feedback on how the interview was conducted and I requested to have an in person interview. A couple of days later, with her hard work and persistence, she was able to lock in an in person interview with that employer and I ended up getting the job. She went above and beyond so I could have a chance to be face to face with a potential employer. I highly recommend this agency for any future opportunities you are currently seeking.

I loved the assignment that they had placed me at, but they gave me an assignment that payed under my minimum, never set up my direct deposit, never mailed my check on time, did not call another temp to fill my position on days that I was unavailable to work due to court dates and doctors appointments, and never communicated with my assignments manager to let him know what was going on. I had to call him myself. Eventually, I was let go from the assignment for attendance issues because half of the time I never got my check on time to be able to put gas in my car to get to work and the agency made it seem like it was my fault. Later, I found a permanent position that hired PrideStaff temps on occasion and every single one of them quit after only a day. This place is jacked up all around.

At first they were helpful and go time going to an assignment. I later found out that the assignment did not hire on and instead just let go after 6 months. After that I left. I was ignored by the staff and never helped again. They are snobby just like all other agencies. I heard them talk about another guy calling in constantly and just telling him there was nothing available. If you do not like how someone works then tell them! So that they can improve or at least understand why. Overall, useless agency filled with cake faced, long nail wearing supervisors who only care about what their gonna get for lunch. Also, they only let you ask for availability on Fridays. Pshhh how ignorant. Stay away.

This is a really great temp agency. My temp agent Kris is very helpful she is very out going she always has a smile on her face when I see her. She lined me up with a really great company Ive learned so much in just the few weeks Ive been their. This is a very great opportunity for me. They are already giving me a promotion. But if any body deserves a promotion it should be Kris. She is very good at what she does an no matter what she will find you a great job just not any job a job that you will love and make a full time career out of.

Went in and all the ladies there where very professional n acted sweet but they told me that they are only looking for male workers. I felt there were some sexism against me bc i was a short asian woman talking to all "perfect" tall white ladies in there. One lady finally took me in her office and instead of trying to help get a job for me, she looked at my resume n pretty much made fun of it, telling me i need to fix this and that and that they have no jobs available for me. This place made me sick. I do not recommend them. Rude.

Fantastic Service! Alley and Blanca contacted me and then stayed in contact with me throughout the process by phone and email. They were always pleasant and thorough AND, the day after tomorrow I will start my new job. They never left me wondering what was happening, as other agencies have. I highly recommend them and will contact them first if I have need of help in the future. Also, if I am in the position of needing to hire, PrideStaff of Fresno will be my go-to agency.
