At the beginning of June, I called and spoke with Greg. I believe hes one of the owners. First of all, I was put on hold 3 times during our conversation, so clearly need help in their office. As I explained my situation, he was not listening as I had to repeat myself several times. He then told me I should probably call their other office in Covina I think. He suggested this when I said I would prefer to work east of where I am (Pasadena area) but would consider downtown or west if necessary. He seemed pretty distracted and not very interested in helping me. My resume is a bit unconventional, but not without skills and experience. Thirty years experience in customer service. He told me to email my resume to him and hed review it and wed get together and talk. Its now the middle of July, and I still havent heard anything. Clearly Greg did not want my business or to offer to help as is his business. There are other agencies out there that will help. This agency is a joke.
