I replied to an ad on craiglist for a job opening and was interviewed by Alicia at the Yakima office. I figured the interview process would be the same as any other employment agency, but I was wrong. Alicia listened to what I was looking for and did her best to accommodate me. Later in the week, I met with the owner Doug who recommended a good job in agriculture. Having NO experience in agriculture at all, I took the chance. Express hooked me up by covering the licensing fees TWICE, since I failed the first exam, and Doug let me borrow his personal book to study up on. I am now certified in the state of Washington and if it wasnt for Doug and his team of amazing people, I would have never gotten into the industry. Being new to Washington state, Im off to a great start and its all thanks to Express. I hope to work more in depth with them in the future! Keep it up and keep kicking a$$ :)

usually i dont put much faith in the reviews but in this case i have to wholeheartedly agree with the others. they post fake jobs in order to fill their database. and most jobs are lower tier level and hard labor. i completely wasted my time with this agency in hours of paperwork and videos. i almost was late for a legit interview because of this place. and they lie. supposedly they were to interview me for a management level job with a client they already had, and when i arrive and ask i get "i will pass your resume around our clients to see if there is any openings?" but wait, you told me you already had a client interested for the position? dont waste your time here. you will do better on your own and at a much higher wage.

Working with Alicia at Express has been a great experience. She is responsive to our needs and finds us qualified candidates. The candidates come prepared and knowledgeable regarding the job and pay expectations as outlined by Alicia. Alicia provides full services from pre-screen, interview coordination, start date and time coordination as well as ongoing support. She is not gone once they are placed, but instead is a support for both the business and the contract employee. Express provides full background checks and services both the contract employee and the business. We have transitioned several of the candidates that Alicia has found for us to full time employees on our payroll.

Was working for them they got good jobs but they (express )only pay u minimum .I told them I was offered full time job and I was gonna go check it out to see if it was something I would be interested in.but they didnt like it and theu starting lecturing me in a condescending tone about they dont care Im the one burning bridges. I went to get my last check n they made sure to try to make me feel bad very unprofessional they should be happy people find work not upset its hard to live off of minimum wage

VERY tactless, unprofessional staff. Put pressure/guilt trips on employees to take the worst jobs on the worst shifts. Followed their protocol and called to tell them I couldnt work as I need to drive my mom to get blood work (shes got breast cancer). The receptionist couldnt have cared less and kept grilling me about making other options. Very condescending...you can do better on your own than to have these jerks getting a portion of your salary to work you like a mule and treat you like an ass.

They keep posting ads on craigslist about hiring and once you call within the next day they said its already full. Then when they find a job for you they send you out to the job site and the manager there say they are over staffed. Once you go back to their office to explain to them the situation the receptionists are rude and always try to play you as a fool. The only one who answer the phone nicely and takes the time to listen to you is Jennifer and Alisha. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

If there was a way to give them negative stars I would. They sent me on a job and the contact said he never received anything from express saying I was coming then had an emergency and contacted them 7 hrs before my shift saying I want going to make it due to a personal emergency and they told me I was fired because I couldnt compete an assignment when they were the ones who messed up in the first place. Very unprofessional rude and dont care about there prospective employees.

Very disappointing. The pre-screened and recommended candidate showed up just one day for work and then never came back. He gave no notice or explanation of any kind. We paid for his Hazmat Finger Printing ($86.50) which Express Employment then refused to cover. We will not be using this company in the future.

It is a great benefit to my company to be able to hire temporary employees quickly, get solid workers and pay only one bill. Doug and his group take care of all of the Labor and Industries paperwork and any other headaches - I just get a worker and 1 simple bill. Thank you Doug!

had my fare share of good n bad. cheapos for sure.. most of the staff are chill some r rude.. they dont care about your nerds at all. rather find an actual job then to stay with them. the good is got a good paying job that they placed me in.
