I gave two stars bcs the service starts out friendly, but when you change your mind about a job for your own benefit then they show how they truly are. Bcs they make 1 call and print out paperwork and send you to a job for 12.00 an hour, Aerotek recruiter dont tell you that they receive money for sending you to the company so when you back out of the job for whatever reason they will be upset, not bcs they care for you but bcs they want the money they make off of you. Then the recruiter will say things like I stuck my neck out for you and paperwork was printed, So I told that person how or why would you do that if I have not even took a drug test or pass a background check? They are not supposed to discuss anything or setup any interview until you have orientation, drug test and background check, so recruiter got upset but they do it to themselves.

I have never ever worked with a company as professional and courteous as Aerotek. I was placed in a work environment that was perfect for me, anytime I had a question or needed anything the staff and my recruiter Rebecca were on top of it and always had answers or found them. I was just recently hired at my job site where I was placed, I am so happy and could not have got this job without Aerotek!!! Thank you so much Rebecca and Lina for all your help and guidance through this, all your little reminders and texts from Rebecca made me feel so comfortable and connected. Anyone who needs a job ... GO .. GO NOW!

Do not bother going here. The staff and the recruiters are beyond unprofessional. Every time I call in and see if my recruiter is available, she is ALWAYS out of the office and does not even bother to check her voice mails. Even if they decide to give you work, it usually only lasts about a few hours to a few days at most! Also, the jobs that they find you are extremely back breaking labor for only $9.00- $10.00 bucks an hour even with experience. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and go else where.

Stay away! The recruiter tried to convince me to think the legitimacy of the potential job offer was a huge waste of time when I found out they NEVER follow through. The recruiter obviously had no experience in recruiting. Do you yourself a favor, NEVER come here. NEVER trust these people. NEVER submit your information to them. There are better opportunities than this place.

This company is deceptive in the staffing positions that it advertises. I worked for them for six months under the promise of a different position with the company I was hired on for and had to work there for a total of nine months to even be considered for the position that I had initially applied for with Aerotek Staffing.
