This company had no jobs in Modesto and I ended up having to commute to Sonora. Yes they paid for my travel, although I wrecked my car on my way to work. Rolling my car 3x. After the company was informed of my accident they no longer contacted me. Most likely due to me not having a vehicle. I was willing to ride public transportation or ride share, although the issue of no local jobs provided made that option unavailable. Honestly this company was a waste of my time. All I got in the end was a car wreck and a few checks. Whats the point of going to a local branch when they have no work available ?!

Laborer previously worked for you before; assignment was with Union Pacific Railroad, Sign Holder at Railroad Crossings during maintanance. Also for you as Security Night Watch their Railroad Maintenance machines. Various Manufacturing and Warehouse assignments. So wait: Is it People Ready, or Labor Ready? The Google Map locator says People Ready, but on Google Street View it clearly says Labor Ready on the side of the building, as of Dec. 2016. Either Google Maps or these guys need to get straight who they are, before I waste my time playing a game of whos who.

Iv been an employee of people ready for awhile now and have only been placed at one site. Which by the way was an hour+ away from my home. After leaving that job, people ready has not had any other jobs in modesto. What is the point of being in a temporary agency if they never have any work !?!
