Seem like they are quick to turn people around, they have no problem sending you to work in unsafe conditions, pay is insulting compared to whats expected/experience. the actual process of getting started the first day of an assignment can be a total waste of time (wrong contact number, address, etc.) The permanent employees in the office seem to have have fun because they always seem to be laughing when they answer their phones. This is one of those companies, like Macdonalds, if youre smart enough not to do what youre told when they ask you to jump off a cliff, theyll drop you and find someone who isnt. Keep in mind, Im still employed by them. 108° no water, no bathroom. I feel like they probably have/will catch a lawsuit, but most people that work for temp agencies dont have a lawyer on call, or the cash upfront for their services.
