You spend a huge amount of time completing forms, tests, et cetera on computer, including background data. However, they dont appear to review that data upfront. As a result, I was lead along for many weeks, until receiving a letter, "...unable to employ you..." based on background info, which they had from me upfront. Why waste everyones time. REVIEW YOUR FORMS UPFRONT.
