its been great. Ive been storing for a number of years now, and will probably move my stuff out this year; but the time I was there has been really good. Ive moved several times, in several cities in southern/northern California and utilized Public Storage. Lynn and her staff have been head and shoulders above the rest as far as customer service goes. It seems like all the others just want to take your money every month.. and they are quick to remind you that you owe them. The rates have increased, which Im not thrilled about, but its reasonable. As far as those other storage places, that I went to-- I couldnt wait to move my stuff out during the time I was there. thanks. lyn.

My unit is enormous! I like that there is a lot of room for all of my things. I wish that the hours were extended and open a little later because of the hours I work but they stay open til 9 pm. The manager is a doll. She is willing to help you out with whatever you need and lives on site. The security is great. You have to use a code to get in and out of the facility that is your very own personal pin. There is also cameras everywhere. They recently raised the price on me and I decided to stay because I liked the staff and security.

I personally would like my rate to go back down to the original rate, considering that Ive been there for awhile now. That is my reason for not giving a full five stars. However, the customer service that I receive there is absolutely great. Lyn is a very nice and pleasant manager. She is always on top of her duties and I love that she does reminder calls every month. Im very pleased with the hospitality and kindness that is given to me, and I am very appreciative for it. My stuff got stolen into twice this is definitely an inside job wouldnt recommend this storage AT ALL!! Lynn is dumbass that sits her ass on the chair and doesnt bother to do anything! There cameras dont work! They have constant theft and the manager there does not help with trying to find your lost items. The theft happens all the time! They allow homeles people to live on the property throughout the night.

To whom... The Manager at the Fresno facility, Lynn is always very concerned for the storage grounds & her customers. When I have problems, issues or even just a request.... she always tries her best to accommodate me. I have been a customer at this Storage Facility for over 4 years. Lynn in the office here is GREAT !!!! a few times over the years my rent payment slipped my mind and I would have forgot all about making the payments were it not for Lynn who would always call or e-mail (or both) me in before a late fee would be added on. Her diligence and watch out for me Truley makes this a Great Company to do Business with. STARS to you Lynn !!!!!!!!

This Stupid broad Lynn is the dumbest btch I ever met. I was all set when the guy was in. Came a hour later and this freaking broad charged me for everything even the sit your fat but down fee. Took my business elsewhere. She so freaking pathetic. I was so pissed freaking off. She added so many fees for stupid crap I swear she must have made them up.

I like Lynn! Her exceptional view on life is "something else." Shes so funny, personable, and knowledgeable of all the activities that goes on @ the storage units. She told us the exact size of the unit we were interested in & surprisingly accurate. We really appreciate how nice she was. We feel safe with our belongings over there.

I have been storing here for a few months here. The customer service here is amazing. Lynne called me about how my move was going the first month!!! Who does that anymore??? So personable and sweet. This site appears to be overly cautious of entrance exit procedures, which I like. They make random rounds to check on all units being secured with properly labeled locks, which I also like. The staff is informative and very personable. I would recommend this storage site to anyone looking to secure their property.

I enjoy having security public storage because they make you feel welcomed as they talk to you and they help you to determine your storage needs. I also like it because they are open everyday and the hours they have. They have great management because it make me feel my stuff are safe at security public storage.

I have used other storage companies before and they are not as clean as the staff here keeps the property. I have used the facilty for long term storage and have never had a insect or rodent problem. Lynn is always pleasant and friendly.

Lynn who works in the office is very helpful and nice I enjoy every interaction with her. Shes very understanding and always helps with any issue you may have. The storage units are a little pricy but drive up excess is great.
